We are currently booked for December 19th 2021 out of Tampa with Grand Cayman on the schedule. Looks GC is closed until early 2022. Anyone know what the substitute is likely to be or if they will even have a substitute? I am perfectly fine with another sea day.
Costa Maya.is now our first port for the 11/21/21 Pride out of Tampa.

As long as there is pizza and late night snacks, I am happy.

We'll be on that one as well with our daughter (her second cruise). We just got off Magic last week and were thrilled to be back onboard a ship after a year and a half. I was pleasantly surprised how normal everything felt even with Covid protocols.
We've never been on Pride (or any of the Spirit class ships) before and are really looking forward to it.How old is your daughter? I am hiding ducks!
We are really excited.

Our local CVS will not let you book until we are 2 weeks out. I do not want to stress about an appointment so I bought the home test. I already have it here and waiting.
I might need it to get home from Mexico in January (verse) going to a testing center there.
So I just bought it and decided not to worry.

Below are the rules for my Cabin Gift Exchang:
Any ideas?
Let's get this cabin gift exchange started. There will be a group of 20 including yourself. You bring gifts for 20 to deliver to their cabin mailboxes. You can deliver all week I just ask that it be done by Friday evening. No more than $3.00 per gift. Ideas of candy, bags, magnets, anything that reminds you of cruising, your hometown, your state or somewhere we are going. The sky is the limit. It's a lot of fun to come back to your cabin and see little surprises. If we have more than 20 I will start another list. Last cruise we got towel clips, magnets, cups, candy ect... Look forward to seeing a bunch want to participate. Any questions, please message me.
Please list your cabin numbers! Thanks, Bobbi

I always put a bit of money and time into the slots on cruises and when we go the the casino for dinner/music.
I am ready to get serious and learn. We have three cruises booked over the next year with Carnival.
Please any help, advice or links. TIA

Thanks for all the information. Can you tell how many points you have as you play? I have read that it is about $2.50 a point is this correct? Thanks, Bobbi

Good Afternoon,
We are starting to cruise more (have three booked) and we are starting to play more. What do I need to know about the casino? How much should I be playing and what games should I be playing to get the perks?
Thanks, Bobbi

The Elegant nights on Pride are always on the Monday and Friday and according to those on this week, they haven't changed.
Do you think that will be the same in Tampa? We also have Thanksgiving thrown in there.

I wonder why Carnival doesn't have it there?

Hello Fellow Travelers,
Is the insurance offered through Carnival enough? Any experiences?
I just want to cover all my bases.
Thanks, Bobbi

I paid mine months ago and then realized I have all this OBC. Opps

I would like opinions from those that have cruised since the restart on Carnival cruise excursions in Belize and Cozumel.

A test on Thursday will work. 48 hours prior to the cruise would be at like 4 pm on Thursday but I don't think they are being that specific. I think anytime Thursday, Friday, or Saturday before embarkation is fine.
I agree. Thursday is fine. Many people fly first thing Friday.

My fav is the Pride. We've sailed on her at least 6 times. On the legend in December. I also have been on the Vista and Horizon and we like the Spirit class ship the best. Just the right size. I like the Red Frog Pub, which they don't have on the Vista class ships. As others have said the serenity area because it has a pool unlike again the Vista class ships do not. A lot bundled in a smaller ship. You will love it.
I am sure we will spend more time outside and less time inside enjoying shows/bars due to the masks. I am very excited about the Serenity area.
