  1. I just watched her departure on the live webcam. Amazing! I took some screen shots.
  2. Tiffy has just had a treat of some salmon so she's a happy girl.
  3. My view this morning from my hotel room.
  4. We had open dining on the QM2 in December. It was any time between 6 pm and 9 pm. There was no problem making a reservation for a table for 5 every evening at 7pm. No queuing involved either.
  5. Good detective work there bluemarble. Yes, it was 5 years ago - the photo appeared today in my gallery memories. I'd forgotten I posted the other photo in 2020!
  6. This was taken in atrocious weather and very rough seas on departing from this place. A little clue - it was an unscheduled stopover.
  7. Yes, I think the ship was full, the bars and buffet were very busy on the sea day.
  8. We had open dining on the QM2 Christmas markets cruise in December. We had no trouble getting a reservation for a table for five at 7pm each evening and we didn't have to queue. I prefer open dining as 6pm is too early for me and 8.30 is too late.
  9. Correct. Taken last week from the Promenade deck of QM2. It looks like a warm sunny day but it was around -3° C!
  10. This place has probably been posted before and it's an easy one to guess but I'm posting it anyway because I like the photo!
  11. I am also diamond and have been given 3.30 - my friend who is platinum also has 3.30. Our other friend who has no world club status has 1.30! Seems to be random allocation. Can't even say it's down to which deck we're on as we're all on deck 8.🤔
  12. Hairdryers are permitted, it says this on Cunard's website. Passengers are not permitted to bring on board irons, kettles or appliances with heating elements, however hair dryers, straighteners and curling tongs are permitted.
  13. Passengers are not permitted to bring on board irons, kettles or appliances with heating elements, however hair dryers, straighteners and curling tongs are permitted. Hairdryers are allowed - I always take mine and it has never been a problem. In Britannia the hairdryer is fixed in a drawer and I found it awkward to use.
  14. I'm sailing on 10 December on the QM2. My Cunard gives three dinner options in Britannia - late fixed, early fixed and open.
  15. Tiffy says thank you Biggles and happy international cat day to you too.
  16. Cats love a cardboard box! This is my little girl, Tiffy.
