    We were on Oceania a few years ago going up the Amazon, and Brazil imposed a 25% VAT on anything you bought....I remember just drinking in my room!🍸🤪.

    We are on the Oct. 30th TA....the second night we are in La Dame...if we have to pay a vat...that will not happen!
