  1. Hi all, I've noticed that HAL has "Sommelier Suite" Wine Packages available for pre-purchase online under the itinerary/cruise planner for booked guests. They have different tiers of wine, and range from 4 to 8 bottle packages to be selected once onboard. Does anyone know if these wine bottle packages will also be available for purchase onboard the ship? I'd love to purchase the 4 bottle package, but I'd like to do it onboard since I have lots of promotional onboard credit to use. Thanks for any info! Brian
  2. I'll be cruising on the Summit next month, and I received the Classic Beverage Package as a free "perk" when booking my cruise last year. Will there still be an additional 20% gratuity added for each drink I order? For example, after ordering a $9 drink in a bar, will they give me a receipt that says that my drink cost $0.00, but with a gratuity of $1.80? I'm trying to figure out if I should look at each drink costing $1.80 instead of "free" when having the Classic Package perk... or if the perk already includes the $1.80 per drink. Thanks for the info!!
  3. Hello everyone, I haven't been able to find an answer to the following question on the forums: Do pre-cruise online purchases, such as shore excursions, stateroom gifts, and specialty dinner reservations, count toward the $300 daily onboard purchasing quota that yield a "cruise day credit" in the Mariner's Society? Ideally, I would like these types of reservations to count toward my onboard purchases so that I receive the extra cruise day credits for each $300 spent. However, if reserving/paying for them online before the cruise means that they won't count, I would rather wait until I am onboard to do so. Any thoughts? Thanks, Brian
