Does that just apply to MTD.
What I’m getting at is if you have made a specialty dining reservation a few months prior to MTD opening up can you still go in and “plan all”
I understand what you are asking and can't say as I have never booked a speciality reservation before MTD opened up. The first few times I was booking MTD I used the "make a reservation" button and booked day 1 and had to check out before I could book day 2 and the "plan all" option was no longer available to select so I had to do the remainder of the days one day at a time (book then checkout) which was a real pain.

I think Biker had the most recent post describing how to avoid checking out after each day's reservation, but unfortunately I did not save that link.
This is how I did it.
Open cruise planner, click on Dining and Beverage tab, at the bottom there is a option to make a reservation or plan all cruise dining. The plan all is only available if you haven't made any reservations already.

I did it once. It was a pain. Not sure I would do it again.
Why was it a pain?

I've done this in Port Everglades. A bus was provided to take us from one pier to the other. Check with your concierge or guest services.
Thank for the info. :)

I'm doing a 10 night Southern Caribbean on the Serenade followed by a 5 night Key West/Cuba on the Majesty in November. Getting off on ship and getting on the other in Ft Lauderdale. Trying to figure out the best way to get from on ship to the other.

She's pulling out now

No problem.
I think it might happen after our second half of the B2B since there are no sailings after the April 16th 8 day.
Right now I can't find any RC cruises after April 2020 so does that mean they are all being retired?

Thanks for sharing.

Go to your cruise planner, and the pricing will be indicated, along with dining, excursions and Voom packages.
How do you look the cruise planner if you haven't booked the cruise yet?

We have one that uses a usb to recharge and I use it in the bathroom in the cabin. No one has said anything.

CC Countdown clock counts down to midnight (beginning of day) GMT. It is currently 6:22pm in Tennessee (CDT) the countdown to my September cruise shows 95 days 0 hrs 38 min

It’s gatekeeping here at cruise critic. Gotta have thousands of posts for people to take you seriously.
I guess I have to take your observation with a grain of salt as you lack the necessary post count to be taken seriously. :)

I would recommend u find a good travel agent to help you.

Has anyone heard of the Mobile Passport?
Apparently you can use it in lieu of your physical passport. There are currently only 27 or so airports around the country that it can be used at and 1 cruise terminal, Port Everglades. I dowloaded it last night on my phone since my next cruise will be out of Port Everglades (I'll still have my physical passport handy...just in case...lol).
The CBP website FAQ section says:
Does Mobile Passport Control replace my U.S. passport?
No, travelers must present a valid U.S. or Canadian passport to a CBP officer upon arrival.

Whatever they did caused one of my cruises to decrease in price so I saved a few bucks. :)

Okay, I think I have had enough of the chastising by the cruise critic police. You have successfully accomplished the fact that I will never ASK another question on CC. Once again, I hope you all have a great trip.
What's the point of asking a question if you are not going to accept the answer given? Enjoy your cruise.

So if you exchange $100 USD you would get 86 Euros. If you than exchanged to 86Euros you would get 100.62 CUC. These calculations do not account for the 3% transaction fees. If you factor the fees in you would actually get the following. $100 = 83.42 Euros, 83.42 Euros = 94.67 CUC. Which is better than the 87CUC that you would get going directly from USD to CUC.
-
My understanding is that the CUC is a closed currency which means it cannot be purchased anywhere other than in Cuba.
Right now I am seeing a US$/Euro conversion of $1.00 to .86, which is no difference between the US/CUC exchange rate. Unless things change dramatically in the US$/Euro conversion rate, it makes no sense to take the extra step, imho.
What is the Euro to CUC exchange rate?

Or buy travel insurance now.
Don't think that will work. Insurance only covers unforeseen circumstances.

We had made MTD reservations and changed our dinner plans for one night. I simply popped in that afternoon and let them know so they didn’t hold our table.

My DH and I cross pack just in case something does happen. That way both of us has at least half our stuff.

Royal also has a shuttle from the ship to the airport. We used it in Seattle. You can check it out on the website.

If it the same bank/insurance company I do business with I have found their (3rd party company) rates are no better than booking directly with the cruise line.
