Slightly off the subject but just a reminder that you can again order another 8 FREE Covid home test kits from the US Postal Service. Go to USPS.com and type Covid tests on the search line or just do a web search. They are not a substitute for verifiable pre-cruise testing but can be taken with you to self-test on a cruise or when your return. Stay safe.
There are services out there such as OnPoint and others where you pay a nominal fee ($15 to $20) for video/telehealth appointment and use whatever test you already have.

Haven't had a problem at all. The beds are setup similar to my split king adjustable bed at home.

Also, if the offer doesn't specifically state Drinks on Us for You and a Companion then it is just Drinks on Us for the offer holder.

That is the USNS Burlington. It is a Spearhead class expeditionary transport ship.

My wife has an SCS implanted in her back and on all of our cruises she just shows her card and bypasses the magnatron and goes through a physical pat down or wanding. Never had an issue.

Managed to lose 3 last week. Only 2 more to go to be back at pre cruise weight. Still chugging along.
-
Not me either. Saved us a bunch of cash at the end with the included sodas and specialty coffee.

We got off the Freedom last Saturday and never had a problem finding a seat after grabbing a Guy's.

Back from our cruise last Saturday. Was mortified when I weighed myself on Sunday as the scale said I gained 17lbs... Weighed myself again on Monday and it said I was down 9lbs so at least I know it is mostly water weight. Weighed in again this morning and down another 3lbs so all in all I only really gained 5lbs on our cruise but even with that I am still under the weight I originally set as my cruise goal so I will take it. Back on my routine now to lose the remaining weight I want gone. Should be booking our next cruise in the next few weeks.

Heading to the port in a few hours.

Down another 3 lbs this week putting me 6 lbs under my goal for our cruise tomorrow. Woohoo! Time for some fun.
-
Our upcoming cruise is also our 25th anniversary so as we don't get to dress up often we will for the first elegant night and the next night for our actually anniversary just to make it a bit more special for us.

Down another 4 lbs this week which puts me 3 lbs below the goal I set for our cruise next week. Woohoo! Now on to the last 37 lbs that I want to drop to get to the overall weight I want to get down to.

Hi Everyone,
Have I told you guys about the behind kicker treadmills at the gym? You can set them on something akin to walking straight uphill, like a mountain and go as fast as you want. Really burns the calories.
Diana
I usually set the treadmill to random level 14 with a starting speed of 4.2 then I do 2 minute intervals every 4 minutes between 6.5 and 8.5 for 20 to 30 minutes depending on if I am going to do the elliptical that day as well. Typically I burn between 450 and 700 calories each time.

As this is my first cruise coming up in 2 weeks I will keep an eye on what we spend to help us plan for the future. However, I like to pre pay as much as I can up front so we will see how it goes.

Was up 1 last week and down 2 this week. Still on track to surpass my goal for our cruise in 2 weeks.
-
Down 4 lbs this week so only 2 lbs to my goal for our cruise but I am going to keep going anyhow as I have more I want to lose.
-
I weigh in tomorrow morning but it should be interesting as I started a 2 week detox on Monday.

I am a smoker and when i started my weight loss journey I could barely do a mile on the treadmill in 45 minutes or so. Obviously quitting smoking would be the best way, but if you aren't ready for that yet interval training would be the next best option. I recently started it a few weeks ago and I can already tell the difference as my resting heart rate has gone down another 4 beats a minute. A good easy work your way in to it is something like the Couch to 5k workout.

Down another 2 lbs this week so I am almost there but won't be stopping.
-
Down another 2 lbs this week putting me 8 lbs from my goal for our cruise at the end of July but I see no reason to stop once I hit it as I still have a long way to go in order to reach my end goal. Everything else will be a bonus and less I have to lose later.

My DW and I like to dress up from time to time as we don't get to do it very often so I will wear a suit and DW just bought a beautiful retro gown to wear on the first formal night for our upcoming cruise and we will also dress up a bit for our 25th anniversary dinner in the steakhouse the following a night.

If you have the airlines app on your phone you shouldn't need to print it as it should be there. If not just print it at a kiosk at the airport.

After not losing or gaining the last 2 weeks I finally broke through my plateau and lost 4 lbs this week.
Heads up on pre-cruise COVID testing if traveling soon

Nationwide as it is online similar to the eMed/Navica testing. Several folks have posted on John H's page and in other groups that I am in that they have done this without issue.
