I have selfish reasons for being back here, too. I’m going to need lots of support and advice from you all as I have to prepare to take my kids to Boston to the memorial service for their dad. I’m having major anxiety about it and everything is screaming at me not to go but, despite everything, he was still their dad and I THINK it’s the right thing to do?

Carnival's policy for the drink pkg is that it cannot be used until day 2, and you are not charged for the drink pkg for day 1. Any drinks bought on day 1 are charged to your sail & sign card. Drink menus are limited until they get into international waters, due to the type of alcohol they can serve, it has to do with the taxes they have paid on certain alcohol.

Now, Royal Caribbean on the other hand allows you to use your drink pkg from the minute you step on the ship, however, their menus are limited as well until you get into international waters.

I get home and my box is loaded. Jam packed loaded. So I had a feeling they didn't hold my mail at all. Yesterday I went by the post office just to make sure. Because I have seen trips where they held it one day and delivered all the other days. They didn't have anything for me. No mail hold.

 Such a simple thing that they just cant seem to get right! So annoying 🤬
