Thanks for your review!! We can't wait for the Breeze to come to Port Canaveral.
Interior Spa cabin for us :)

:p Always going to be haters.
Don't like the line, don't cruise on it.
I enjoy it and that's where I will spend my money.
To each their own :)
-
Congrats, I usually try to grab it as well. I like the perks and the cost is worth it to me.
Enjoy your cruise!

I always buy cruise insurance, sometimes with the cruise line and sometimes independent. Depends on where I am going and how much I'm spending on the cruise.
Just peace of mind for me.
-
I completely get where you're coming from and your points are so very valid.
I think I read the post in a different manner than was intended.
Definitely good advice to heed.

The advice about not staring is just what we would call "street smarts".
Staring can bring about an angry response from the person you are looking at.
It does not mean I think they are not "human beings"!!
Many are mentally ill and you do not want to interact with them unless you want problems!!
Gotcha, thank you for the clarification.
The homeless I've interacted with in my "small" hometown aren't necessarily like that.
Thank you for the explanation.

We enjoyed the Steakhouse as well. Blue Iguana guys were great!
Movies under the stars were fun, they have loaner blankets.
Good time was had by all!

"It is that there are unSIGHTly people/homeless that put visitors off their fun trips.
Just don't stare or interact with them."
Ouch they are still human beings...homeless or not.

Sometimes I get through Carnival and sometimes I get through USAA.
DCL and a 7 Night to Eastern Carribean I got private insurance, due to the distance and cost of the cruise.
For a Nassau trip I used CCL. Luckily never needed it.
Just get insurance...

We have the Breeze for 4/20. Looks like multiple activities for kids of all ages. We are doing Eastern with a great itinerary!
Hope you find something to match your needs :)

Yes it's more expensive, but for us it's the convenience. Off the ship and our car is right there. No hassle with shuttles or luggage. Away we go, that to me is worth the cost. :)

We have only ever done Early Dining. We like to eat early, plus my spouse has diabetes; we just don't want to go to bed stuffed.
I have never tried YTD, I'm not sure why. I like a fixed schedule for dinner, maybe it's my OCD lol
Enjoy!

Go Caps!!
We will be on the Liberty for games Six and Seven! Let's hope they can finish it in game 5!!

I’m happy that the main casino is non smoking even as a smoker I hate the stale smoke smell that drifts throughout the ship.
The cigar lounge is for cigars only just been thrown out of there for smoking a cigarette so yes only 2 places to smoke 1 when in port as you can’t smoke in the casino unless it’s open.
There should be more outdoor areas to smoke like outside the cigar lounge on getaway.
I guess too many cigar smokers complained because someone posted there were too many cigarette smokers in the cigar lounge.
On the Epic there were many Cigarette smokers in the Cigar bar. It was overpower. That's a good change IMO.

I read AMA as Against Medical Advice LOL
I need a vacation....Glad you had a great time!

Thanks, I saved $10 on one of my 3 cruises.
Not much, but hey it's a drink.
Thanks for the post!

I don't really understand why folks think the cruise line has to tell every detail of what goes on. Do you demand this level of transparency with all businesses you have dealings with? Carnival has said it is required maintenance, why do you need more detail? I understand you cannot reschedule your vacation, but does knowing exactly what type of maintenance is being done, or even why the vacation is having the itinerary changed going to change whether you take the partial cruise or cancel?
Thank you.

So I am curious, since it's just two weeks; what happens to the crew. Can they stay onboard or do they have to go home?
Just curious!

I enjoyed the Ecstasy. Easy to get around. Water works was fun, even for the adults. I enjoyed the food. Pool seemed crowded during Spring Break.
I don't think you can go wrong either way. Have fun!

Seems to be no rhyme or reason. Maybe they are going by ports. My Feb10th Sunshine cruise doesn't have it available yet either.
-
I brought one on our last cruise and was never asked for it. I have subsequently changed my last name, different from my girls... I might get another letter just in case.
-
I am tracking our Feb 19 cruise as well. 26 excursions listed and they are slowly releasing those. I am checking on daily basis now for FTTF...
-
Very good point!! I'd rather be on a gaudy carnival ship than at work any day LOL
Carnival take me away :P

Great article, considering this cruise...if I can swallow the airfare! :p
What kind of things do you purchase from the fun shop, pre-cruise?

A case of water and those little cookies in the jar, they are addictive :)
