  1. Been looking at recent photos and noticed quite a bit of rust on Conquest's hull, around the anchor and doors. Looks awfull! Anyone know if they will clean this up soon??? Will be on her end of Feb. These pics are from Dec 2019.
  2. Water, lemonade, ice tea (unsweetened), coffee and tea all day. Orange and fruit punch in the mornings. All from self serve stations. Milk and chocolate milk at buffet station at breakfast.
  3. Thanks, no worries here, got plenty of corkscrews at home in can bring. The bar staff will get enough of my tips as it is (don’t have Cheers!!).35 days to go!
  4. So the corkage fee applies only applies when you request a server to open it?
  5. So what you are claiming is; I can walk on the ship with a bottle of wine in my carry-on, open it myself in my room, bring the full bottle to the Main Dining room to drink, and they wont’t charge me the $15 corkage fee?
  6. You can’t open the bottle of wine in your room and bring to MDR for dinner. The OP is asking if can share a bottle bought on ship at dinner.
  7. With the Cheers package (bottled wine not included), you get 25% off the price of a bottle of wine. Since you are paying for the bottle, I believe you will able to share. There’s nothing on Carnival’s website that says otherwise. Also, Carnival allows each adult to carry on one bottle of wine ($15 corkage fee if drank in MDR), you can surely share that!
  8. At the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day only, each guest (21 years of age and older) may bring one 750 ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne per person in their carry-on luggage. A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, energy drinks, juice, and milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought on board on embarkation day and must be in the guest's carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces each or less per person. No still water is allowed. As for OBC, you can purchase “Cruise Cash” from Carnival website that is automatically applied to your room or you can buy “Gift Cards” that you can transfer to your room account at check-in.

  11. I guess that's why the price is low, the possibity of cold weather leaving and returning to New York. We still can enjoy everything that's indoors! NCL website is showing a price of $3233usd for a family of 4, balcony, gratuities and drink packages, what do you think?
  12. I am thinking of getting a depature from New York City (never tried it) for March break 2020 to the Bahamas. I am afraid of what the weather will be like the first week of March, what is your experience leaving New York in the Spring? We are afraid we will not enjoy the first sea day going down and the last coming back because of the cold??? Any feedback would help.... Thanks
