My TA found an answer today..

if you have Bella or Fantastica package you can get the clasic package for $38 pp/per day or premium pkg. $44/pp/per day both guests in stateroom must take it.

Were on for 12 days... $418...not worth it to me.

My 12 drink vouchers with fantastica is fine with me.

What do you mean by "restaurant voucher" What does this get you? We booked fantastica class. How much to upgrade to unlimited beverage? Does everyone in the cabin have to do the same?

Thank you as well. We are seasoned NCL, RC, Carnival, Princess cruisers and this will be our first MCS cruise. We are a bit nervous. Will you please let us know about fun stuff. You said no comedians, but were there games, trivia, sing alongs??

WE were to go to Harvest Key, but not ready, so went to Belize City instead. We were told in plenty of time to make other plans. Was hoping it was the private island like the other lines have...get off and sit on the beach. That is all I need in Belize area. Anxious to hear from the April Cruisers to see if it is open yet. post photos please! My friend got off NCL (different ship) and said that there will not be many services available at this port. Anxious to hear. going again on Dawn out of NOLA in Jan!

Shopping area back of ship...large area but not a lot in the shop. They have their sale on t shirts, watches and other stuff all cruise lines have. Browsing in. The one store took 35 seconds... Sad. But I'm not a shopper

What was the cost of the alcohol pkg? Trying to find out that info for RC. What's included?

we leave next week and are doing the snorkle, shark, ray island tour. i have studied these and the ships tours. this is what we decided. I will leave a review when I return. some of the reviews make me nervous, but e-mailing with the company has been very successful. You seem to get the most for your money on this one. I am taking my 3 kids 20, 22, 23..one is just riding along. so its $72 for tour and $42 for observer price.

Has anyone had a negative experience getting back on time? I've read lots of near misses. Just checking my odds.

Zqvol ... Thanks that's what I assumed, but checking just in case. I'll check the recommended tour operators and go from there. I just want to maximize my time not tendering if I didn't have to. I'll even check NCL tours.

I've been to mr. S. And PB (pre pool). Mr. S. ...we did non AI and it was fine, not crowded. Tiny pool, good food and drinks. Friends on same day did Mr. S. AI and did not get their money's worth. We are not big eaters/drinkers so we will go to PB in Jan 2016! Pool looks great beach too (it was super crowded last visit with 6 ships in) 2 ships is nothing!

What tours pick up directly at the ship vs. tendering in? Are there any that are NOT ship sponsored tours.? I've done Belize 4 times and don't want to waste time at the port. I want to be in the water this time. (We've done ruins, cave tubing, city tour, port stuff) thanks! Going on NCL in Jan!

Get a shuttle to Galveston...there are options (sometimes limo are same price). Many hotels in Galveston have options to get to terminal. Cabs are cheap too.

IF you have a car...There is a B and B "Lost Bayou" that offers a stay and park option. They are soo wonderful. Nice accomodations and free parking for the week (at Railroad museum) if you do bring your car. Full breakfast with all your friends who stayed there too. NICE send off to a week of fun. Tell them Kelly from Fredericksburg sent you!

Travel mom. They have good, drinks, music, chairs to rent. I think we are going there due to Melia's construction. Matter of fact waiting on shuttle to take us to cruise port as I type. Sister in law said Melia had pool closed and part of their beach and when you did layout it was noisy from construction.

This is a u tube site that shows the diff. beaches and rates them according to sand, water, toys, scenery, snorkeling...etc. nice to watch and make a choice. I found it when internet surfing...maybe helpful to others.

Narrowed down to trunk bay (st j) or sapphire (st t). We want to snorkel simple, shade, yummy drinks, not tons of people. There will be 4 ships in port...8-5 are our hours. What's your vote and why?? Thanks in advance for your feedback

I saw a catamaran sail that is from 5:30 to 7. our ship leaves at 8..is that too close? could a cab make it back in time....I THINK it is from Palm beach. Also what time does the sun set?? Jan 5th we will be there.

We stay on Tortola and love the gorgeous beaches of the BVI, and we stay on STT before flying home. We found Sapphire after visiting all of the other STT beaches. Sapphire is a beautiful beach with great snorkeling if the weather is nice, and you will be happy there even on a rougher day. You may even decide to return and rent a condo there too. Staying within feet of the water on a beautiful beach with good snorkeling is about as good as it gets! We can recommend nice owners if you do return!

Blue_water...I had to draw out my day plans from your suggestion and others. Please tell me if this is reasonable. We will take taxi straight to sapphire and hang out for a while and snorkel. Then 20 min before the top of the hour get to ferry at red hook to go to St. John. Go to a north end beach. Hang out. Taxi,ferry,taxi back to ship. 4 total ships in on jan 9th. Have to check times. What is the cost for legs of taxi and ferry?
