I assume that you can back out and get your money back? If so, then they are under no obligation to offer any deals or incentives. If they had another similar sailing then I’d assume they would offer it. Other than that, I guess they don’t care if you cancel. -
We complained to HAL about the inconvenience of a change from FLL to MIA since our flights are out of FLL. After I wrote to them with my reasons they offered us free transfers to FLL, on the 19th.
