  1. I respectfully disagree with this review.  I have sailed the Epic over 20 times and I haven't experienced or viewed any of the issues that Ben and David did. My last cruise on the Epic was on the transatlantic in April 2023 and it was fantastic.  As always, the crew was outstanding and so accommodating, the ship itself was very clean.  Of course, it needs an update, but that is coming in 2025.    Was this going to ruin my cruise experience?  Absolutely not.  Some people are not happy with anything.  I cruise alone so the so called "issues with the bathroom don't exist for me.  People need to do their homework when booking cruises so they can decide whether it is a good fit.   In closing, I defend the Epic, the crew members and their dedication and look forward to my back to back to back on the Epic in December, 2025.

  2. You may ask to arrive several days before or after your cruise, but you can't choose your flight.  Once tickets are issued usually at the 45 day mark, you can contact the airline involved and choose seats and sometimes ask for an upgrade.   I have used NCL several times and have always been satisfied.  Pretty decent schedule, no complaints thus far.

  3. Don't worry, I got my final air from NCL at 45 day mark.   Then, you can call the airline and choose your seat and sometimes they will offer upgrade( for a fee).  If you check your summary, it should show a tentative air plan, but that isn't written in stone.  At least in my case, mine changed.

  4. I am booked for air with NCL for November, 2021.  I got fabulous flights, going with Delta, coming back with American.   Couldn't have done any better if I booked myself.  Totally satisified.

  5. I have a service from USPS that scans mail that is to be delivered to my home and sends me an email with the images of that mail.  Today, I found an image of a first class letter from NCL to be delivered today.  I can't even imagine what that would be as I have always gotten my correspondence from NCL via email.   Has anyone else gotten a letter via USPS lately?     I will be biting my nails until the mail is delivered today!!!

  6. NCL has posted all of this information on its web page.  It can be found under the section labeled "Safety."   Since I am taking a cruise in Nov., I check that website daily for any new information forthcoming.   Plus, we all receive emails with new information.  I have no complaints with the way NCL has communicated with passengers.    And, with the pandemic, things can change hourly.  We should all be grateful that we are cruising at all.
