  1. Update: It looks like it has been fixed. The pay remaining balance link is grey again showing no balance due on both my rooms. I don’t even know how this all happened. The rep said yesterday it had to do with cruise planner cancelation and refunds not being applied correct by system. Lets see if the refund from cancelation will show up on CC. The internet is showing up cheaper today in cruise planner. I am not repurchasing. Scared it will mess everything back up. For now so thankful it has been fixed. Thanks everyone for the advice and support
  2. I was interested in purchasing the UDP for the Allure in Feb but the price per person during black Friday Sale is 225. I wont purchase for that price. How much does the UDP normally cost on Oasis class? We had UDP on the Odyssey and it was 125pp for a 6 day cruise.

  4. Please monitor your booking and refund closely. RCL system is all sorts of messed up at the moment
  5. Thank you very much for sharing your experience. I hope they fix it quickly as well. Fingers crossed I get refund from canceled purchases. I have my doubts at the moment. I almost wish I did not cancel and repurchase items. The money I saved is not worth this hassle. Lesson learned
  6. Yes I have all the invoices and receipts. Thanks for the suggestions. I will call them back on Monday. The link pay remaining balance showed back up out of a sudden. If I go there to pay it says paid in full but I called RCL to confirm and the bookings show that I owe money. I don't even know how they came up with the amounts owed.   7. No OBC involved. Booking were made with regular payment by CC. Was a casino offer and had to be paid in full at time of booking
  8. Please check your bookings everyone. I did cancel and repurchase cruise planner items and now I have a balance due on two rooms that were paid in full on 29 September at time of booking. The link in the cruise planner just lit up and when I clicked on it it under reservation I don’t owe anything. Then I called and sure enough the told me room #1 I owe 399.80 and room two 135.60. They were not able to fix it. I have to call back by 05 December. I was assured that my booking would not cancel, I am beyond frustrated with RCL right now. How do I contact someone in corporate/executive team about this?
  9. Yeap same. I called today and Rep. and resolution were not able to cancel the refreshment package. I was issued a OBC for the difference in sale price which worked but their IT department is a hot mess
  10. Still no luck in canceling the refreshment package. I was able to cancel and rebuy the soda and internet package online. I received the cancellation email x2. I am hoping they don't refund the amount twice. I called this morning and the RCL rep and resolution was not able to cancel the refreshment package either. I got OBC to make up the difference which is ok. Both bookings that I made cruise planner cancelations and repurchases on were paid in full. Now the link in my planner to make a payment under the booking lights up again but once in the reservation it says payed in full. Their IT department is a hot mess.
  11. I was finally able to log in and now I can’t cancel the refreshment package. System is hitting a snag. Very frustrated
  12. Thanks to everyone for all the helpful answers. I found were to look for it. So far no OBC has posted to my account. I will give till next week then contact Princess again if I dont see the OBC by then
  13. Hello, I was recently verified through Princess for the OBC military promotion. It states it shows up under profile online. I cant find it though? Will it take a while to post there? I also have a current booking and the OBC was not applied as of now. Does anyone have any insights on the time frame? TIA
  14. Hello, If I have a free room offer and my spouse has the same room offer as well. Can we separately each book a room on the same sailing ( would like to take 2 family members along as guest #2 in each room). Not sure if this works. Has anyone done this?…Thanks

  16. Hello, Sorry if this is a silly question. I am new to Norwegian and did a Group Cruise Booking through TA. The required deposit was $250. I paid $500. On my confirmation under payment schedule it has 2nd deposit listed due in July of $250. TA said to ignore that and just make final payment later in the year. Just confused by this. Anyone know why there is a second deposit listed? TIA
