I am also cruising on 8/14 and have never had the Health Assessment show up in my To Do List.

I cruise in August the 14th as well and I never had the Health assessment in to do list.
PvP said it should pop up within 72 hours of sailing but who knows if that that is right.
I also found this on carnival.com under health protocols question and answers so I think we are covered either way

  2. Belize requires a negative Covid Test even if vaccinated starting 09 August. I think the time frame was testing 96 hours before arrival. I was wondering if this applies to cruise ship as well or only for land/air?
We cruising next week. Don’t know how it would work if it does apply to ships.

  3. I was reading  somewhere that every guest has to fill out a health questionnaire 72 hours before sailing. Is this information still accurate in this fluid situation? If it is how does one access /get the questionnaire (does carnival email link or will it pop under to do list in cruise manager, etc). Thank you

  4. When we had this a while back on the Dream we ordered while playing slots, table games from the waitstaff. I recall being able to walk up to the bar and get a drink as well.

Carnival removed the casino bars on some of the ships so I don’t know if this is still an option.

Are you a foreigner or are you asking if on a cruise specifically it required. On a closed loop cruise it's not required. Flying in may be a different answer.

Nope...Texan here. No flying required for me. Thanks for clarifying 😀. Was not sure if it is required. I am just asking because I follow some cruise bloggers and they were talking about a test done within 72 hours before getting back to US so I was not sure. Could be that they were flying though. I appreciate the info .

  6. Royal Newbie here. I have a somewhat a silly question. I did purchase the Refreshment package. I received a confirmation email and it shows up under order history. Does the package also supposed to  show up in the cruise calendar? It does not in mine. Internet does not show as well. Just want to make sure everything is in order.

  7. Iam considering renting a beach bed as well. Iam a little confused about the price. The price is $149. I was wondering is that the price per person or per bed? If its per bed then only one of us needs to buy it in the cruise planner. Is that correct?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Many Thanks

  8. Hello,

we considering a Seadream voyage in January. We coming from the US. I looked at the entry protocols for Barbados. We would have to arrive the day before the voyage. Is that still considered in transit? Would you be allowed to leave the hotel without a second covid test 4-5 days after the first one to go to the port? Would it be better just to stay a couple days in Barbados before the voyage?
Thank you for sharing your experiences

Its quite spooky, we paid the balance last evening and I receive notification today. Relieved somewhat to be honest.

Iam awaiting refund for the canceled November, 28 sailing. TA been told 30 days. No refund after 30 days so far. TA called again and this time SB said 60 days until refund. Here we go with this waiting game 🤷‍♀️

I normally book my flights well in advance however, I am really skeptical about this cruise not happening. I know I can get flights because last year as you may remember Thomas Cook went under we had flights with them, so had to get new flight only 6 weeks before the cruise, it was almost the same cruise as this year. The who world is in a mess right now!

Would you mind sharing with me who you booked your flights with please?  I think only BA Virgin and Tui fly there?

We booked the flights with American Airlines over Seabourn. I think Jet Blue is also flying to Barbados. Best Wishes and good Luck to you

We are booked on the same cruise starting 19th December, not looking good! I need to to book flights from the UK to Barbados, holding off for the time being.

Best of luck to you. I understand holding off on flights in this current  situation. I also recommend checking  on covid 19 entry protocols for Barbados before travel. The protocols are very fluid and change often. Here is a link:

    https://issuu.com/visitbarbados/docs/btmi_travel_protocols_1b/1?ff&pageLayout=singlePage

We live in the US. Under the current protocols we would have to quarantine for 14 days at a designated hotel at own cost or government facility free of charge . This applies even with a negative negative covid test upon entry.
I think the requirements are different for UK visitors.
Even if Seabourn would sail it would be difficult with the current entry requirements to Barbados.
This is all a hot mess
