I just took a photo of the test with my iPhone which shows the date and time the photo was taken. They didn’t seem to look that closely at it though.

We are currently on the Equinox. We just took a photo of our self test yesterday and showed that photo when we checked in. All went smoothly - no problems.

Were you able to use US dollars for everything or did you take Euros?

Yes we use our Blue light card every cruise and always get 10% off - no problem. As someone else mentioned - you can only do it booking directly and by phone.
