Morning, this will be our first time booking a guarantee balcony.

We are going on Carnival Freedom Sept 22. 2014. Are we notified

prior to leaving or do I find out when I get to the port. I did the booking

online so never spoke with anyone.

I was just reading another thread and they stated that you have to pay for dessert at the "cafe." Can anyone tell me if this is the same cafe where Mike gets that great looking carrot cake? Sorry, I don't know how to show that other page with the statement about paying. We have never cruised Carnival.

Mike do you have to make a reservation for the shuttle bus in port canaveral?

We would like to go to cocoa beach, is this the best way to go? And I like that you can go to walmart and get more supplies if you like. And can I tell you how refreshing it it to see someone actually respond to everyone, thank you for that.

Can I tell you how wonderful your review is. I'm not sailing until 1/8/12 and I can't get enough of the Pride. Have never been on Carnival and I can't wait to go. That carrot cake looks yummy. As a female retiree from law enforcement I wish Tracy all the best, (must be in the name I am Tracey also.) You are never weak for having compassion, but never turn your back.

We are booked for Jan 8th 2012. Boy that sounds so far away. Wanted a get away without flying and going a day before ect...trying to keep the price down 2 in college. Taking the Mega bus from Boston for $1 fare. 8hr ride but I'm not driving so chill and enjoy the ride. Has anyone ever stayed at Fairfield (marriott) in Nottingham near the White Marsh mall?

I love the pics, I hope thats what it looks like on the Pride, I can see my rooms, doing the happy dance. We payed 509 pp I can see everything. Thanks so much for posting.
