Definitely worth it to us. My wife can DRINK LoL (retired cop). But we will use some at the spa this time and maybe the tattoo parlor since we got the $600 loot + free bar tab + Rockstar suite bar. Also friends in several cabins will be booking under us so there's more sailor loot to burn. I definitely like having more than enough OBC to burn than having to come out of pocket at the end.

This is probably the promo that was mentioned in my thread here: I didn't receive an email about it (hence, the post), but I believe they just want you to go ahead and book one of your future voyages you have already put a deposit down for, and it will apply. 60% is probably not off sailors in suite categories, as our cabin price didn't change - just the $300 bar tab was thrown in.

My wife and I put down three deposits on "My Next Virgin Voyage" when we sailed in July (we received the same deal Richard's Birthday Bash cruisers got). When I called this morning and booked my wife's birthday cruise for March, the agent and I were surprised that I had a free Bar Tab thrown in. Yikes! Booze for everybody!

May be a new implementation with the expected rise in bookings since opening up to all sailors.

Welp the Bar Tab loophole (where Sailors could use Bar Tab virtually anywhere on the ship for non-beverages) is now closed. Virgin sent a notice out to travel agents today. I was hoping to take advantage of it in July. Poo!

Has anyone opted for the chauffer service provided for Mega RockStars (or surcharged regular Rockstars)? What was it like? What kind of vehicle is provided? And, if you paid, how much is the fee for a regular RockStar like me?
