In May on the Dream it was given at check-in but sometime in the last week I read on here that they had gone to leaving them in the mailboxes.

This post was from 2017. Blackjack22, why are you reviving old posts today?
Blackjack22 did a bunch yesterday too - either dealing with Cheers or FTTF
-
Yes, very long lines for so so desserts.
-
Woo Hoo. We did the same with our Belize excursion.
-
We did it on the Dream in May. It was $95 each and took 3 full hours. It was on the last sea day. Our tour started at 9am. There were 15 people in the tour. I believe they had 3 different tour groups that day.

On the bitters and Blanc are the nuts large and can be picked out or small ? I can’t eat nuts but can pick big ones out and still enjoy things. Also I keep wondering why woukd cheese plate be offered as desert ? Should that not be an appetizer?
There were no nuts in the Bitter and Blanc I had on the Dream.

Bitter & blanc was offered on the one of the nights on my last cruise.

We had the value package and I thought it was fine for general browsing. Didn't upload any pictures, never like to advertise we're on vacation.

I am curious, it looks like 3 but the center looks different.
The center is the rocker switch for turning the lamp on and off.

How far open should we keep the cabinet door to make it work better? Just a crack-like put a bunched towel over the top to prevent it closing, or leave the whole thing open?
We just had ours open an inch or so.
-
I think we got 8 bottles in ours, we could have put in more if we stacked them.
And they were plenty cold, as we used a washcloth to keep the wooden cabinet door prompt open.
-
What type of cabin did you have?
Balcony on Lido deck. I believe it was an 8E
-
We had a Balcony room on the Dream in May. They switched out the “cone” lamps for these during our cruise.

I can't speak for the Triumph but last month on the Dream about mid-week (during a port day) they switched out our bed side lamps to ones with USB ports (2). So it doesn't take dry-dock to do it.
-
We were on the Dream in early May and brought our European type E/F adaptor. We used it with an Anker USB charger for our iPhones and I used it for my dual voltage hairdryer.

If I remember correctly, he calls 2,then throws 6 in there before calling 10.

Only if you pay full price. I pay $46.76 per day (as SHOULD everyone) before tip. Those four drinks are $46.90 before tip. So like I said... SMH
How are you only paying $46.76 per day before the 15% tip? Carnival credit card?
-
Depending on what those drinks are, as little as four drinks a day can make cheers worth it. Just two bloody marys in the morning (at $12.50) and two alchemy drinks at night ($10.95) pays for cheers.
Almost, you're a few dollars short. Cheers is $51.95 per day (plus 15% gratuity)
-
This is one of the reasons I knew Cheers was not for us. I would have felt like I needed to drink at least 5-6 drinks a day to justify buying it. With being in the sun and all, I would have felt miserable drinking that much every day of a 7-day cruise.
-
I would go with the 1:30, since you cabin will be ready by then. Hopefully the check-in process will be quick at that time.

Thanks for the great review. I share your feelings regarding the steaks. It's hard to eat steak in a restaurant when you know you could have cooked a better steak at home.
