    Think that would have been a loosing battle. Not impressed with Princess and will not br sailing with them again.

    I did see a comment on here but we had already booked and paid for the cruise and could not change without penalty.

    Hope they don't remove them like they did on Emerald. We were told some BS that it was because they were not ADA compliant.

    We were on Emerald last year and the free sauna and steam were there. We went again in March this year and they had gone . Very passed pff. All signage on ship and on deck plans still showed them as being there.

    Emerald princess has take. The men's sauna andsteam out of the men's locker room and only facilities sare now in coed spa. We will not be going on that ship again.

    Can confirm that there is no steam or sauna only co ed spa. They took the free steam and sauna out of the men's changing room on Emerald Princess which was very disappointing and we would have canceled the cruise if we had known.

    On the Oceania Insignia in September, first time with this line and looking forward to the steam room. Hope it is as good as you experienced on Riviera.

    Has anyone been on HAL Koningsdam since it was in dry dock. Is the free sauna still there? About to book a cruise and want to make sure I won't be disappointed.

    On Insignia in September to Bermuda. Will be our first time on Oceania so will be interested to see how utilized the steam room will be.

    I posted on the Koningsdam Facebook page if anyone on there now could tell me if after the dry dock was the men's free sauna still there, I had a reply that yes both the men's and women's are still there .!!

    I hope they have not removed the men's steam and sauna on the Diamond like they did on Emerald.

    I love this spa area on the Jewel. Very underused but I agree it is a great place to escape to.

    I prefer to be naked or with a Towel, wearing a bathing suite is not as hygienic in my opinion.

    I think that the older we get the less inhibited we get. I remember being young and shy about being naked.

    HAL Pinacle class ships Koningsdam, Rotterdam and Nieuw Statendam are my favorite as free sauna has huge window and always meet some very nice guys.

    I am sure that will be the case. We are on it for 35 days next Feb and with a lot of sea days it os a must have for us. Fingers crossed and please let us know what alterations to the ship they make.
