Yes, you have a 15 drink per day limit. There is a notation on your key card, but it’s a good idea to also tell your drink server when they take your order just to avoid any confusion. I have been able, on all my HAL cruises, to get a specialty coffee with liqueur in it. I love chai tea lattes with amaretto and it was never a problem getting a double of amaretto or kahlua with my specialty coffee.

We were on May 23 to June 6 cruise. Went on the Skalanes Nature Center tour in Seydisfjordur and took a walk up the cliffs to a viewing platform where the puffins were nesting and visible 10 feet from the platform. Got some great photos we never would have gotten from a boat ride.
