If you enjoy standing in line for an hour to get into a 150 seat comedy club or 600 seat Liquid Lounge only to be turned away, you'll have a great time. If you don't mind spending 2 hours to have a cold meal in the main dining room you'll be in good shape. If you have no plans to use the pool you're in luck. If you've never been on another ship you probably won't know the difference. If you're already booked you'll have to make the best of it. If you're not then I'd pick another ship.

I'm confused. You posted on another thread that you booked Sunshine for next year. Why?

No I don't expect them to be happy. But I do expect them to be pleasant and not make it obvious to guests/customers that they are unhappy and don't want to be there.

I expect that from all people in customer service.

I'd actually prefer 2 rooms but it depends on the price. If it's significantly cheaper to book a family room, I'll do that.

I'm looking for 6-8 days. Freedom Class, Oasis class or Quantum. Truthfully I'm not wowed by what I've seen from Quantum so far but it would be so nice to be able to drive to the port.

I think all do but majesty. The cheapest one is a family oceanview. You can only book those over the phone However, getting two rooms is probably cheaper. We are a family of five. We booked one balcony and one inside almost across the hall from each other. The cheapest way though would be to book connecting insides. I would recommend two rooms because you get two bathrooms. One bathroom on Carnival was pretty bad. There is also a royal family suite, which is very expensive. Hope this helps. What ship are you going on? I could help.

I have no idea. I'm still in the planning stages. I'm just trying to compare the different options. It's not until August 2015. I really wish you could check prices online.

Which ships have staterooms that sleep 5? And what are the categories?
