I can tell you we watched the Bills play the Packers on the first night in O'sheehan's.... there was a bus full of Bills fans from Rochester onboard who all then went to the Jets game the day we disembarked.
Thanks for the confirmation!
That’s a heck of an idea. Take a cruise then go watch a football game

Any chance you recall seeing any NFL games on the ship?

Just don’t be obvious about it and you’ll be fine.
Cruise lines will survive haha!

But you can't beat the bonus points for applying and with no yearly fee. just have to apply and make a purchace, even $5 qualifies (if you have a great FICO it wont really hurt you). Then charge the cruise when final payment is due >$1500 earns 1.5% rebate, now you have 6 months interest free repayment benefit, 10% off excursions to include FTTF. Earned $300 off my cruise. Don't ever have to use the card again. Win Win for me
You are exactly right. Plus, I did the exact same thing way back when and have completely forgotten about the card.

Every night of this specific cruise the hot buffet offerings have been less than 10 choices and a majority of salad bar items
How many more choices do you want?

There are so many better cards out there. Don't settle on the Carnival one. Do some research and compare overall travel benefits.

I 100% agree - how do you get upset about anything you are getting for free?? Doesn't make sense.
As for what Tallnthensome said - I go to several restaurants frequently and have never been given a free meal. Now, if I eat enough subs from Subway I get a free 6" sub. Not sure which restaurants you go to, but I've never had an upscale restaurant reward me for being a customer. Some hotels do give you a free night, but unless they are so in demand that they are sold out every night (which seldom if ever happens), that free night costs them nothing. As a matter of fact they probably make money because you will probably eat in their restaurant during that free night.
What would you like for CCL to do? If they were to give gifts that costs even $5, they would be spending thousands of dollars a year as they have a butt load of platinum and diamond cruisers. Same goes for other lines.
I would have no problem if they stopped the gifts, but until they do, I will graciously accept anything they give me - and give it to someone else if I don't want it.
Oh no!!! A billion dollar company losing, as you low-balled, "thousands of dollars". How will they every survive.....

The new format works great. If you're remotely computer literate it's a breeze. Took me all of a minute or two to figure out how to print docs, see itinerary, and so on.

someone was so serious about this thread that they called and emailed a restaurant to see if the commenter was lying. wow.
Welcome to cruise critic!

Just don't be too obvious about what you're doing and nobody will know/care. I've done it quite a bit and have never had a problem.

Probably similar to all other havana interiors

The March movies have been posted a couple times in the last week or so. Should be pretty easy to find.

Mines new, too. Carnival does not like for their customers to learn too much. So after [people learn to use a website and become proficient they change it so that you will not be able to find what you want. The head of tech at Carnival must have a relative high on the chain of command as their technology is horrible
It's a much better layout than the previous one. You shouldn't be so afraid of change.

those computer games have more on them than you think. As a retired computer tech, I know. Not saying you would intentionally load a virus onto the system, but it is possible.
Ummmmmmm what? I'd imagine you've been retired for awhile.

Thank you Kona_wahine for that information. Any idea if we have a chance of being moved to a better location on the ship this late in the game?
There is ways a chance. Unfortunately, nobody here give you any real answer beyond that.

It's not too hard for you, or anyonez to figure it if Cheers is worth it for them. Some quick math will give you your answer. No need to make ANOTHER thread asking the same question as dozens of other people.

Load them onto your account when on board, either at guest services or the kiosks.

Yes you can. Up to (I think) 5 gift cards per transaction. If you have more, just log out then back in and start another transaction.
Don't think there is a limit. I just paid $800 in one go and am pretty sure I've done more before.

The OP specifically asked about the Havana Premium Balcony stateroom, what or where does this have any relevance to you and your Cove balcony 🙄
Some people just like to get that post count up by posting useless comments!

Please realize that Carnival and Royal Caribbean are very different. Yes, they are both "mainstream" cruise lines, but they are still very different. If you want serene and slightly upscale, go RC; if you want to party, go Carnival. Four days is pretty short. Personally, I'd stick it out. Any day on a cruise ship beats a day at work, and you might find there are some things you enjoy.
The issue isn't one line vs another. It's the fact it is a four day cruise. Anything less than a week on the "mainstream" lines tends to be more of a party cruise.
