  1. Hello, I would like to see if anyone shares the same opinion as me. So the new helios-class ships A.K.A. Aidanova, Costa Smeralda and Ionia are in my opinion the ugliest ships ever to be even considered being built. Who designed that hideous building that they call a ship. You know I’m not against the designs of new cruise ships, I even kind of like NCL Epic even though everyone hates it, I also like breakaway class and oasis but this design, Excuse my language but ***? Ugly, here are some pictures of these ugly ships. WARNING! Extremly ugly. bf1bd876737b8b2b4ec959ec6e78f43b.jpg5f033253f0ac72039cfd201a420e413a.jpg

  2. Splendor is remaining with Carnival; the latest cruise open for booking is August 31, 2019. Her schedule beyond that has yet to be announced.

P&O is receivnig Golden Princess instead.

Then I better sail on Golden Princess before she becomes a part of P&O fleet! It kind of makes sense because they would have to refit Splendor much more than Golden P. since Princess and P&O have similar decors while Carnival is very different!

  3. Are you serious? So, a cruise line is responsible to get you to your car once you leave a ship?

Wee got off of the Divina Pier F and walked to the Escape Pier B in Nov 2017. We survived the 15 minute walk pulling a carry on and suitcase each. We are in our 70s. Going back on Divina Feb 2018.

Get a cab or Uber! Life is tough.

It’s a 10-15 minute walk! What’s the big fuss about?

  4. While that is very unfortunate for you, your title is a sheer example of clickbait, and has nothing to do with your actual experience onboard. While I would understand your frustration with the cruise line, if your frustration at having to all a little further to your car because a ship almost double the size of yours took your place at the dock will keep you away from the entire cruise line, then so be it. Sounds to me like your issues are more in the organization of the port than with MSC itself.

And also it’s a great work out after cruise!

  5. What riclop is saying you're asking someone to put alot of faith is someone they don't know to hope you are going to send the money once you receive. A possible solution if someone wanted to go through the time and expense would be for them to list it on ebay and so you could purchase it. They could include in the price not only shipping but a little bit for their time. win/win. Hope you get it.

That’s what I was just thinking! I never wanted to bother or insult anyone. It would be great if someone could do that!

  6. Well, me being silly me, I lost my MSC Seaside model at the airport which I bought onboard last week in Trieste.

Can someone who’s going onboard or who is already onboard and maybe reading this buy a model and send it to me and I’ll send you the money.

I’m so sad bc I’ve lost it, I’m obsessed with ships and am studying to be a nautical engineer so yeah.

    Thanks in advance haha
