At this point I inquired about a taxi, and figured I would have better luck food wise back at the malecon. Everyone raves about the great food and service at the Tropicante, so I thought I would try it out. It was not to be, and after waiting 20 minutes to try and place an order, I moved on to the Krazy Lobster. It was better than Ship Wrek'd, but still lacking. At this point I decided to just head back to the ship.

Oh, the combo walker/wheel chair is only $105!

My mom is 92 and I arranged for wheel chair assist on the ship on our upcoming Sun cruise. She does walk with a rolling walker, but lately she tires more since she was just diagnosed with breast cancer. I just ordered a combo rolling walker/wheel chair from Amazon that arrives tomorrow. I am so excited because now she can walk when she is up to it and I can push her when she is not.

I am officially concerned. It's 10:40 PM and my wife, my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law have all tapped out. My DFIL has as well, but he's 80, so I'll give him a pass.

It is worthwhile to mention here... the Entertainment staff is the hardest working team I have ever seen on a ship... there seems to be something going on indoors and outdoors all the time...Exercise, dance lessons, poolside games...and parties galore.

 

 

They are a hard working bunch and deserve much credit for the energy onboard
