Anchored off Hamilton Island in the Whitsunday Islands. Fantastic views and glowing blue water. Had access to the resort and beaches on the island but there were signs out warning of the dreaded Irukandji jellyfish. A tiny, reportedly deadly jellyfish. As one guide told us, everything in Australia can kill you except the no-sting bees in Brisbane". Not many people in the water and the sign advising wearing a "stinger suit" but since I have no idea what a stinger suit looks like, I am pretty sure I don't have one...... A beautiful sunny day but HOT. And humid...... A little bit walkabout and back to the ship's pool and a cold drink.:cool: Tomorrow is an all day trip to the Great Barrier Reef from Cairns so will have to behave tonight.;p

Hi yes for two people! We live in Australia, not sure if that makes a difference.

We booked October 2017 and our cruise is December 2018! Our final payment is 28th August 2018, with a $1000 deposit.

We are traveling on this cruise next December and can not wait for any feedback! This is our first cruise.

What has the itinerary and the excursions been like. :)

We are booked on the first time this itinerary occurs. We are supposed to sail out of San Juan - boarding on 12/16 and return into San Juan on 1/6. Given the situation in Puerto Rico, none of us know what to expect. Hopefully we will be able to report back on a fantastic experience due to much improvement for the poor people of Puerto Rico.

I think you are fortunate to be booked a year out. It looks like a wonderful itinerary.
