Just did a mock booking and noticed that the Dining Service Charge went up $4 for Free at Sea:

This used to be $35.60. Wonder if the Beverage Service Charge or cabin Service Charges are next?

These non-Haven suites seem to be a big secret out there. We just booked one on Prima (the slide is adjacent to our balcony). Looks like you get most of the Haven perks, without being able to enter the actual Haven area. Does anyone know if your butler will deliver food to the Vibe?

Looking forward to trying this Haven-"lite" option!

She told us there were 32 eligible suites for these bennies. We called it the "sub-haven".

 

Do you have to pay extra for room service or is the delivery charge waived as it is in the Haven? How was the breakfast and lunch menu at Cagneys? Any other “unpublished” perks that you can think of? Thanks!

Forgot to mention that I did a final payment at beginning of November, and purchased 3 NCL excursions 4 days ago using Amex.

It's a shame you can't use the offer on shore excursions.

We did a 9-night "Venice" - Athens trip on Viva in September. LOVED the ship, but we weren't a fan of a port a day as it was so rushed and we found ourselves on busses every day. Next time we'd opt for at least one/two days at sea (which we ended up having because we had to skip Mykonos due to a strike in Athens), or not bother with an excursion at every stop.

We drank Blanton's all week on our recent Vibe sailing. Our hangout was the Belevedere Bar on deck 6. Drank the last drop and got the cork at the end of the week! Say "hi" to Nick and the team for us!

Just ran into the same issue and emailed shareholder services who also saw the error and corrected it. I'd email them to clear it up.

We recently missed Mykonos due to a pending strike. When we saw the shore excursion refunds, we also noticed a $7 refund pp, which we assumed were for the port fees.

On Viva, your key does open the Haven door on 16. 

I had a brand new Men's Vuori shirt shrunk into a belly shirt. Went back to the store when I got home and they replaced. Also had a Banana Republic golf shirt shrink to a point of it not being wearable. Underwear came out just fine, though...

Does anyone know where the fresh juice bar is on Prima/Viva? On Bliss, it was all the way at the back of the buffet at the bar.

I’m seeing messages like this for everything except Beetlejuice, which just says to book onboard. 

Just saw that no entertainment other than maybe Beetlejuice, will be available on our 9/4 sailing. Most shows, Syd Norman’s band, and Press Your Luck, start in late Sept/October. The starting dates are in the app under “entertainment”. 

Hoping it's installed on Viva. Doesn't make much sense to install the legacy system and then just swap it out if they were planning to roll out to all ships. We'll find out in a couple of days when the first passengers board!

Hi! Just reading up on the Libby app for an upcoming Viva sailing. Has anyone used this e-lending library on Prima? If so, how is the selection?

An excellent travel agent that's part of a larger cruise agency consortium. You can tap into group rates without being a group as they often have others on the same sailing - so everyone wins!

As @sjacobs11 mentioned. Normally when booking they will offer an upgrade for 2-extra specialty meals for $70. They include that upgrade in the FAS+ for pax 1&2. (The FAS+ is basically bundling a lot of there used to be separate upgrades, and you save money on buying them all separately.)

The 2 meal upgrade is now $82.80 per person if doing outside of FAS+. 

Includes addl 2 specialty meals per person in addition to the upgraded drink package, unlimited internet for 2, and an extra $50 off shore excursions (for second passenger)
