We were on the next cruise and the captain said there were 2300 on board. Specifically he told us there were 23 covid cases which was 1% of the 2300 passengers. He also said that they were all mild or no symptoms

Forgive me , but what has this got to do with the CDC? The Reflection is sailing in European waters and is registered in Malta. So ,surely the CDC don’t have any jurisdiction
