I had a similar problem when I sailed the Jem back in Sept. Had to call NCL & have rep reset them. Once done, my eDocs appeared immediately. Quick/easy fix for me

I really appreciate this discussion. I just book my 1st Haven experience for my 25th anniversary in Jan '23. We are going on the Encore Haven. I look forward to the opportunity to see how the 'other half' lives sort of speak and hope to make it special. All of your insights have really helped a lot

On the Gem now. Pools are not heated, except by the sun of course

Planning my 25 anniversary and looking to book either the Encore or Escape. We want to splurge and go Haven. Any thoughts on which you prefer? We've never been in the Haven before so that will be exciting. The itinerary is the same so it just the ships that are different. Thanks in advance.

My bride & I are sailing on the Gem 9/26 and she asked if there are irons on board to use? If not, we'll probably have to go get a portable steamer or something but figured I'd ask. Thanks in advance

Usually less expensive than the shuttle and gives us the freedom to hit the store for supplies... Worth a look?!?

Interesting. Never thought about that one. We are flying in the day before but had just planned on relaxing until the next morning.

Any suggestions for shuttle service to/from Ft Lauderdale Airport & the Miami Cruise Terminal. Looking to book round trip for 9/26 & back to the airport when we return 10/3. Trying Google but no really finding anything. Thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone. We always have her rescue inhaler but will probably bring a spare, just in case. Looking forward to a great time.

My bride suffers from asthma. It has gotten better but we're just trying to cover all our basis, just in case. Is anyone aware of any services available on board the Gem should she have a problem and her rescue inhaler won't solve? We aren't anticipating any trouble, but you never know. Can they give her a breathing treatment? Do they have any facilities for that kind of thing? Thanks in advance.

Curious if anyone is scheduled to sail on the Gem this weekend out of Miami. I am scheduled to go 9/26 & would love details about the check in, testing & whatnot for the Miami terminal.
