Seems there are different answers depending on which agent you get. We left a message and email for ours but he hasn’t responded.

We booked the December 3 Solstice Mexican Riviera through this offer. We are now trying to make reservations for specialty restaurants, drink package, wi-fi but do not see a way to get our Elite Plus discount on these. Anyone having similar issues?
