Do you have priority boarding etc??

I read similar article couple days back. We have booked a walking tour, just wondering how that will change timing etc. Over 17,000 persons on average attend this site daily. Just “WOW”. Can you say, mental crowd prep?!!

We are booked in Athens gate pre cruise based on CC travellers reviews. A Gate seems to be preferred. Booked with great rates thru Expedia.

We always book aft penthouse for NCL cruises. Everything same as Haven, just located aft not in “Haven” Breakfast in Moderno and lunch, Cagney’s. best French toast ever!! also where you will meet Butler/Concierge who will take you to disembark -priority

Double check your documents!!!!!! although I had requested the two days on either side of our cruise (out of Athens), I had noticed that they booked us for transfers from airport to port. Uh?? When I called to question this and to make certain… it was corrected. * note, they had applied two extra days = charge of 25$ per day as well. Transfers dropped and refunded.

We are also sailing with NCL out of Athens. However as Oceania and NCL, same company,,, perhaps NCL may change to 3 days also. Never hurts to ask That would be great!!

We are going to sign up for the “small -group Athens food walk”. i found this and many more on Trip Advisor. Lots of tours with loads of reviews = good starting point.

Thank you for the helpful info JB! We will b in Santorini sept 9. Three cruise ships in port that day. Priority on +off ship (which is why we book penthouse on Norwegian), so tender order, not an issue. the other port, Athinios,,, is any one aware of other tours that leave from here, not just ship booked tours. Just avoids the lines coming back to ship. :))))

Prebook (before sailing) 12$$, book on board, it is 18$ easy. 7:30 and 10:00. We went for 10pm and by 10:10, trying to figure how to leave, while sitting front row. so we stayed for full show, Houdini,, it does not get better.. no illusions, no magic. No reason to charge for this show hahahahahahahahaha. Really bad Take same monies and stick into a slot machine,, better odds hahahahahahahahahahaha note, yes YC has hair conditioner.

Just off the Meraviglia, yesterday. we did book seats to the Houdini show thru the Concierge in YC. both felt that we had lost an hour, that will never get back! DH wanted to leave during, hahahahaha. We were in front row. Sooooo bad and not what you will be expecting. if you wish to see it, suggest you purchase tickets before you board as 12$ lose better than 18$ lose (each) hahahahahahahah. ;((((((

Same situation, however they put the balance as OBC. Also shows as same on documents.

Thank you for the super reports as we are same in February, sooooooo looking forward. We did sail on the Davina, last ship to sail as covid was starting.. was an amazing cruise with half of ship empty!! After 2 cancelled MSC cruises (2ncl also). Can not wait!!!!

I believe that testing was not required if you are a US citizen. As we are Canadians, we will be required to show a negative test results before boarding. That was my understanding from most recent read of H & S requirements.

We have sailed out of NY, passing between two NorEasters, very rough waters. Those that suffer from sea sickness did not fare well. Crazy waves!!
