  1. To all the people that worries and are sceptic to Azamara at the moment, don’t worry they have it all under control. We are on board Azamara Onward at the moment and back again after 4 weeks and all is the same as before. Without doing the online check inn and no documents from Azamara we arrived at port and walked on board, did the check inn in the Cabaret lounge and it all took 10 minutes from arriving at port to check inn was complete. We noticed that our loyalty level was wron and went to cruise next and they fixed it and we got a new sea pass and our benefits was there. The service and smiles that we are used to from Azamara is still there and we are having the time of our life on board. So to all of you that will have a cruise in the next weeks or months, don’t worry it will all be ok, an Azamara will deliver as always.
  2. We where on board Azamara Onward 4 weeks ago from Lisboa to Barcelona and had an amazing Azamazing Evening in Seville and now we are on board again in the cruise from Venice to Athens and the Azamazing Evening will be in Ephesus.
  3. We canceled our March 2024 cruise on May 4th online on the website and the money was back on my credit card yesterday. So just under a week.
  4. When it comes to the loyalty status/points and passed cruises it say this on the website: "Your past cruise history is currently unavailable on azamara.com. We are working to add this feature to your account in June of 2023" When on board Onward some weeks ago they explained that all this will be in order from June and that there are other priorities to fix on the website first. On board they fixed our status straight away so we could use our benefits. They also showed us that all the old cruise information is there but not properly uploaded to the new system yet. So all will be correct from June.
  5. I will assume that what is showing as not paid is the commission to your travel agent. So on every booking that is done with a travel agent it will show. Usually this should not be visible but i guess they will fix this. It will not be a problem for you traveling. We had the same on our reservation some weeks ago, and got on board without any problems.
