  1. I work at a wedding venue basically at the base of the Bay Bridge on the Eastern shore. I can pretty much assure you as I saw your ship go while I was bartending the wedding I said....."ugh, lucky peeps.......I would very much like to be enjoying a cocktail on that ship." I love seeing the Pride go by on the weekends. I hope you had a great time. Love the pictures. :)

  2. HI all,

I put in for a price adjustment this morning and it was approved. Dropped by like $90. But, now it says in our cruise manager that our deposit is $300.....I booked the cruise a couple months ago. I will call after school today, but didn't know if anyone had any advice. I know in the past when we did price adjustment they either took that amount off balance or gave OBC.

    Just curious.......hopefully this makes sense.

  3. Hi all,

If you have gone here could you tell me about it please. Looking to buy the all inclusive pass for January. Seems like a good deal at $55......we have only been to Paradise Beach.

    Thank you

    Sandi

  4. Still debating. But, it is a good deal since it includes pretty much everything you may order. (I am not one to order a drink for $50).....but seeing that it includes special coffees that get pricey, and I love fancy coffees. Ours is an eight day cruise with four ports. My husband and I initially thought the $1000 price tag was hefty. I am really going to research this now and try to decide if it is worth it for us. I for sure would enjoy a mimosa or two in the mornings......and visit all the cool bars after port.

    Take care

  5. The comment I replied to stated that "So long as I am not cooking or doing the dishes the food is always good". This is nonsense and has nothing to do with you being a plain eater or a fancy eater. If this is the standard of food then quality is not a consideration at all, only convenience.

We used to have a vending machine at work that would dispense fruit, hamburgers, sandwiches or salads. It was cheap and there was nothing to clean up. We called it the wheel of death and eventually it was removed because it was disgusting. Now we have a cafeteria with a deli, a grill and an entrée station that varies. It isn't the best in the world but it's a big step up from the wheel and we still don't have to clean up after ourselves.

I certainly don't expect you to like all the same food as me, but if your only requirement is that you needn't cook or clean up after the meal, then I stand by my statement that you have ridiculously low standards.

I don't have ridiculously standards, but I would say I am easy to please with the many options of food that a cruise gives you. (if that makes sense) We have of course had meals that were not wonderful on past trips......cruising and on land.

I would agree about the vending machines. Here at our school that just got rid of one and replaced it finally with something that you may want to buy from it. :)
