Just returned from our first cruise since 2017 and realize that all things change. Cannot say that any one of the 6 of us reasonably smart phone and app- proficient adults were able to make use of easily, promptly or consistently the RCI app. Huge delays/lags in messages and responses and lock outs provided a less than stellar experience with that. The house phones and messaging was employed. Was never able to add one party to our group. Oh, well, still had a good time and the dining room menus are still posted outside the doors:)
