The question is, do you cruise for the experience, or do you cruise for the loyalty “perks”?

I would say 1 year.  Don’t know why, but I feel that gives people enough time to pay for travel expenses (if any) and cruise costs. And maybe save vacation time.  

Nassau has a lot to offer, but does get crowded.  Carnival is building a new port facility (like Amber cove I guess) for Freeport which might tempt me to book a Bahamas cruise once it’s completed. 

Funny before the sheet cakes pretty much everyone said they looked better than they tasted. Now everyone is clutching their pearls at the thought of not being able to eat them.

Yup

Would have been 3 day but it got cancelled, now it's 191.

I don't like omelets and try not to eat at the Buffet on any line, but I can see how this would bother some people.

I believe the shuttle is $4 round trip per person.  If you don’t want to take the shuttle, the Malecon (boardwalk kinda) is a short walk with shops, restaurants, statues, and boats. 
 

everything should be open on thanksgiving. 

Will be on this ship in June, so I’m following along.

We will be in room 5208 on the Panorama this December. 

Just book a clothing optional cruise.

Think of all the space you will save by not having to pack clothes.

We generally book the Havana interiors because we generally hang out in the Havana area (which is sparsely populated).

Do you mean the  musical Soul Bound?  If so there are no reservations (at least on the Panorama)  My wife enjoyed it.

on Vista Class Havana Room Deck 5.  All other Lido.

Glory has washers and Driers.

Costa Maya go to the ruins or The Crazy Lobster

Belize: the ruins, snorkeling, or cave tubing (we used butts up)

Cozumel : wait for it…. The ruins (very culturally important to the Mayan people, just not that impressive to view). Go tequila tasting. 

There are buses to get you to town. We just walked the around shopping and eating. Although I hear the whale shark trip was great. 

This sounds like fun.  I’m planning on doing this with my travel group on my July Radiance cruise. 

Costa Maya has a huge port area (many people spend the day there) with shops, bars, restaurants, and pools.  But it’s cruise line built so don’t expect Mexico prices. 

Thanks for the report the Radiance is one our favorite ships and will be on again in July.
