With dependent children, they can be booked in rooms within a certain number of doors from your cabin, and I believe one of the children should be at least 16 years old. It was all booked through a Princess cruise specialist, but I think I will have to acknowledge it in person at check-in.

We are booked on an extended family group cruise on Royal Princess. Two of my daughters, ages 16 and 13, are booked in a cabin next to us. Is there a way to acknowledge their passage contracts prior to embarkation day? I have tried logging in to the Medallion App on my phone and through a laptop. I receive a message that a parent must create an Ocean account to acknowledge. I have an account, but cannot find an option to do that. It is the only thing that is keeping them from being designated "green line" ready on embarkation day. Thanks for any help.
