You also have to check to make sure your flight qualifies for Verifly...it's only for certain airlines. We flew from Canada to FLL, and our airline was not on the list. Didn't need ArriveCan either. As a matter of fact, our vaccine verification code was NEVER checked, nor were we even asked. L.

Agreed! Our SS was an upsell from a verandah to a guaranteed SS for $100 pp. Great deal for me, with so much more room in the SS. DH was so impressed with the room size, but the cart sound was just too much for him. I'll never understand why they don't put down a LVP....it would definitely cut down on the thumping sound of the carts on tile. L.

DH and I had a Signature Suite on the Oosterdam in 2020, 1 week before the shutdown. I thought since we were under the Canaletto, we'd be OK soundwise....but no. DH is a light sleeper, and all he could hear was the thump, thump, thump of the carts on the ceramic tiles on the Lido. There is a room right across from the Canaletto where they drop off food waste, bowls, etc., so there are carts going by all day, into the evening and then early in the morning again. Didn't bother me, I can fall asleep anywhere and anytime....but DH said never again. L.

ms Rotterdam will be at pier 19 from 4:30 am to 4:00 pm, and she is leaving on an 11 day Southern Caribbean Wayfarer. ms Nieuw Statendam will be at pier 26 from 5:30 am to 3:45 pm, and she is sailing on a 7 day Southern Caribbean Sunfarer. Also in port is Sky Princess at pier 2, (4:45 am to 3:30 pm) Odyssey of the Seas at pier 18 (5:15 pm to 5:00 pm), and Celebrity Apex at pier 25 (6:00 am – 3:30 pm) The PTZtv webcam can be found at https://www.portevergladeswebcam.com/.
