  1. Britannia does have a 2 seating dinning room. On the app, just one person needs to book for dinner for up to 6 people, it will go under your cabin number and that's it.
  2. On board at the moment, currently big pushes for Arcadia 23 and 24 world cruises from the future sales team, so would seem odd if she was sold. To put this into perspective, when Azura went to Newcastle she wasn't sold, when QV went to Newcastle she wasn't sold, this could just be a short maintenance trip to sort out some problems.
  3. On Britannia currently, table waiter take your drink order, wine, etc. The wine itself is then brought over by one of the wine waiters. That same waiter will return later in the meal to check all is ok with the wine and pour any more, if you haven't done so already by your self. Then they will clear the empty bottle, etc. Still have to return the bottle to your cabin if unfinished.
  4. If it is just crew shortage it makes me ask many many questions why she has berthed in Portland for the last month or so not just sat at anchor like in lockdown, it does raise questions A about her future and B what is actually going on onboard. I think it is definitely more than just crew shortage especially after her first cruise issues and her sitting alongside, only leaving for a cruise call to use the berth in Portland.
  5. I think you maybe right, to the extent there isn't a berth there as far as I remember. Looking at other cruiselines HAL in particular they say that a tender is reaquired. Having been on Iona she has no dedicated tenders just lifeboats, not an issue but maybe that's why. Will be interesting to see if all her Geiranger calls get pulled.
