Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. I get what you're saying we are a family of 8 and had no problem eating without our friends. I just don't understand how carnival switched it without ever talking to us.
  2. We have a cruise coming up on the Mardi Gras in a few weeks. We've been booked for over a year and had the 6pm dining time confirmed since initial booking. Recently some friends booked the same cruise and called up to see if they can join our dining. When they called it wasn't available and carnival took it upon themselves to change our dining from 6pm to "anytime" since our friends couldn't join ours. We just called and they more or less told us there's nothing they can do. This sounds outrageous to me, how can they change our dining time like that without ever speaking to us? My poor wife is pretty upset over this. We don't get to travel often and been looking forward to this for a long time. I know in the grand scheme of things it's not a big deal but it's pretty frustrating. Is there anything we can do?
  3. I apologize if this has been answered but I was just curious about the pre-board test proof. I went to my local urgent care in NY (Pro-Health) and tested negative with the rapid test. I've read royals web site on what is needed to show proof. The document I was given has everything except the lab's clia #. I've taken quite a few covid tests the last few years and I don't think any of them have had the labs clia # on it. How strict is royal with this? It's a legitimate urgent care and the results are even uploaded to my patient portal on their web site.
  4. How did you message? What messenger platform?
