    Hello! I'll be going on Carnival Splendour on October 8. I'll be able to give you some details during my cruise as my sister wants me to get her a Build a Bear at Sea tshirt for one of her Build a Bear animals. I'm sorry I'm not much help right now but I will be. Kind regards, Debbie.

    Sorry for making a mistake in my post regarding Tangalooma and the disembarking process. It was a genuine accident.

    I'm on Splendour for the cruise leaving Sydney on October 8. I told my other half that we weren't booking any Tangalooma shore excursions. Even though the ship is scheduled to dock at Tangalooma, some don't due to weather conditions. We'll wait and see what happens.

    I live in Melbourne, Australia and the Disney ship, Disney Wish, hadn't commenced sailing from Australia yet. P and O have possibly stopped doing that trivia quiz now.

    The tender trip to Airlie Beach can be between 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I got on an early tender and it was 30 minutes. The locals usually put on a cruise ship day market near the dock and you can easily walk around town. It's also perfect to stock up on snacks at the supermarket to bring back on the ship. Cairns has a great shopping centre and is so easy to get around.

    When I sailed on P and O Explorer last year in July, there was a Disney quiz. There was a great debate over the colour of Belle's dress. Some said gold, others yellow. It did look yellow in the cartoon version. Once it was pointed out, both groups got a point.

    Thank you for sharing the beautiful photos of the whales. I loved seeing the whales swimming freely in the ocean.

    Yep, it's now the Pantry. Problem is, the desserts are in the middle of the dinner options and it was so hard to resist eating dessert first! At least I had an incentive to eat my vegetables!

    Hi, Fishtaco. I was on Explorer last July and always ate at the buffet for my meals. It was open for all main meals. I was on my own and I liked the variety of the food. I hope this helps. Enjoy your cruise, Debbie
