We have added a third person to an existing reservation several times without Celebrity repricing the first two. However, the move up program adds another layer of complexity. Also, by the time that the move up bids are accepted and allocated, space for a 3rd may not even be available due to lifeboat capacity of that section.

Most airlines post schedules about 330 days out. I’ve never asked if that’s something they could do. There’s no advantage even if they could. I’d do my research first and then book online or call FBC.

I did it in March on Constellation and really enjoyed it. It’s done family style. In Connie it was held at Le Petit Chef. I’d like it better at Sushi on 5 for better ambiance.

I'd say the best option is to install the Celebrity app on your phone and then link to your cruise. You can see the evening menus for each of the dining rooms. Have a great time.
That will give you a sense of menus. But those menus in the app are merely placeholders until right before the cruise. The order will change.

We just got notified yesterday that our March 2025 Summit cruise just changed from Labadee to St. Maarten. So they are now changing through at least the first part of 2025.

The Retreat lounge probably only has a Nespresso machine, not an actual espresso machine. If you asked for one in the Retreat, they would have to go out to another bar to get it, which takes time. I would just go directly to the Martini bar.

Thanks for your fast reply and help.
No problem. I just noticed it the other day when I was looking around the site. Hope it works.

If you log into the Celebrity website, there is a last cruise section with information about how to request the folio.
Folio available by request at
CEC@celebrity.com
or call 1-844-418-6824. -
The app showing the menu timing for June won't be accurate until you board so what you see now may not be the menu timing of that particlar night. If you really need to change an evening, best to do it on board.

Is this something new? I was just on her in January and beach towels on port days were always left in our cabin the night before. Pool towels were always available by the pool, no signing out needed.
It’s not something Celebrity has ever done. Other lines do. But Celebrity does exactly what you remembered.

As long as the flight is after the cruise, the website will let you book it. We’ve done that on both at the beginning and end to arrive early or stay late.

Hi - non drinker here, but I just downloaded the app for our first cruise aboard Edge and the menus all show surcharges for non-alcoholic - San Pelegrino and Coffees, for example. We are booked in a CS. I wrote an e-mail to The Retreat concierge this morning asking about that. I will let you know what I find out.
Where do you see this? Celebrity's menus don't show surcharges, only the full price. For those items, the only time you'd have to pay for them in Retreat Class if you didn't have a liquor package.

Celebrity doesn’t really do theme nights. Sometimes there may be a white party up on deck for an hour. But it’s not every cruise.

I've really been enjoying your very detailed review! We'll be onboard 5/3 for a quick 3-nighter ... giving a Signature Suite a try. We really enjoy the Reflection. I was sad to learn from Sini & Liz that, on our cruise at least, the Lawn Club Grill will not be open for lunch (two days, two ports), so no specialty burgers for me. I was, on the other hand, pleased to see that they're going to have The Porch open those two port days (we're not planning on visiting Nassau or CocoCay).
Mexologist - I like that!
I'm kind of a lightweight, but I don't think I could manage 5+1 drinks then a swim, LOL !!
Tom
Hope you like the room. We really love the quiet hallway and the higher ceilings, which makes the room seem bigger. I also love swinging by the Spa Cafe to grab a quite smoothie on the way back to the room. We always try to stay in one when we're on Reflection.

No worries. You can call to place your order and they'll tell you approximately how long it will take. I've even done it from a house phone to bring back to my spot at the pool.
The App is never accurate for dining times or menus until the sailing (and even then may be inaccurate). But Luminae is never closed for breakfast or dinner. The app is just not right.- 1

It shouldn't matter which cruise it's attached to. Flights by Celebrity doesn't really care when the flights are as long as they fit the timeframe for the cruise (i.e. you can't book a flight for the day before the end of the cruise). I've booked several days before and several days after a cruise and it's never a problem.
Also, knowing Celebrity IT, sometimes it's better to let it be.

I can answer the food portion of your question. Suite room service is not available from Luminae (It may be offered to the PH or other high-level suite). But there is an upgraded room service menu and eggs benedict are on that menu for delivery, which is complimentary for suites. With respect to sushi, you still have to pay for it and I have done take out from Sushi on 5 many times. For Sky Suites, it may be butler dependent on whether they will fetch it for you. I've had it delivered but have been in a Royal suite or above.

Thanks for posting pictures. We're doing a b2b over Labor Day weekend staying in the Signature Suite, which is our favorite suite on Reflection. I've been curious how Celebrity is handling CocoCay and was glad to see the pictures you posted. I was looking at the Beach Club, but even with OBC was struggling with its $200pp cost. Could you tell if the food come off the ships or do they prepare everything on island? I'm also prepping our luggage space so that we will have room to bring back the 4 bottles of liquor from the room. I'm guessing that benefit doesn't change even if its just a 3 and 4 night cruise.

This would be on silhouette.
Then you won’t have any issues ordering off the MDR menu in Luminae.

You need to specify which ship. It makes a difference.
Agree. On S and M class it’s not an issue because the MDR kitchen is located with the Luminae kitchen.
On E class, the kitchens are at opposite ends of the ship. Generally, you can’t order off those menus the day of. I’ve seen the odd post on here where folks who say they have, but in my opinion, it’s not fair to make the servers run to the other end of the ship. They will do their best to accommodate you if you give them a day’s notice though.
As for delivering to your suite, room type matters. Luminae is not available to be delivered to your room. Just the regular main dining room. Sometimes the PH or other top suite can get it delivered, but that’s it.

So today I have experienced for the first time that Luminae and the main dining room were open on port days with early departures. we are in Tortola BVI with all aboard at 2:00 and both are open for lunch so I now stand corrected having seen it with my own eyes.
on Reflection
That's super interesting. I'm guessing they were trying to take the load off of Oceanview because everyone would be up there trying to grab lunch.

Albeit these were earlier times just after covid but we paid $65pp the first time and $160pp the second (basically as a walk up) - which we thought was high - for CBC access and at the time the Cabanas were under $1,000. (Did NOT buy those - our last cabana purchase was over the water at Barefoot Beach in Labadee for $475!) The $173 for CBC isn't too bad as when we were there in January for our NYE cruise they wanted $360 - which we did not pay as well as it was way too high. But we walked by the area and it was quite well sold.
The lunch there is IMO excellent and - based on specialty restaurant charges - worth about $50 pp. Something to consider.
All subjective as you indicate.
The last time we were on a private island was in Labadee and we also paid $475, which I though was highway robbery, but it was using OBC so it wasn't as bad. We wanted an easy getaway in September and are doing a 3/4 night b2b with 2 visits to CocoCay on those cruises.

As noted above, there is no suite-only area at CoCo Cay. The CoCo beach club is an extra upcharge, but worth it for the the quiet, higher level of service and AMAZING lunch there. We did that on our last cruise.
We have also purchased a cabana by Oasis Lagoon. It was fun and near the swim up bar. Our cabana attendant brought us fruit kabobs, our drinks, and lots of great food from the Snack Shack.
We had no problem with use of our beverage packages on the island.
Enjoy!
Thanks for that information. Celebrity is charging $173pp for Coco Beach Club access. The Oasis cabana is $1,499. Knowing that this question is extremely subjective, is it worth that for that price for the day?

We are on the Beyond, April 22. The second day, April 23, we are in Coco Cay !!!
Thanks. It must be sold out as I didn’t see that one on the Celebrity site .
I’m not sailing until early September, which will provide some additional time for intel about how the different brands will mesh there.
Coco Cay Chill Island cabana review
in Celebrity Cruises
Posted
Thanks for the review. For our cruise in September, the Chill Island cabanas are going for $1,300 and the Coco Beach Club over water cabanas are going for $3k. I’m not sure who would be paying that amount. For what you paid, I’d consider renting one, but there’s no way for the prices in my cruise. For folks not sailing in suites, that’s more than the cost of the entire cruise.
