  1. My husband and I are sailing the seascape YC in late February. I wonder who the new head chef is now? Hopefully as good as Chef Lisa.
  2. Thank you for the information! I know it seems weird but we are used to typical traditional fine dining American food. Love lobster, prime rib, French onion soup, crab, seafood, etc. we are not necessarily picky eaters but like American classics
  3. Thank you for all of your food pictures and reviews! My husband and I are turning 40 this year and cruising the seascape in February to celebrate. We splurged on the YC but quite honestly the menus in the main dining rooms suite our tastes much more. The YC menus are very European and odd in my opinion. I wonder if you are in YC you have the option to eat in the anytime main dining area? A lot of the options on the main dining room menu sound great and there are like 10 more choices to choose from than the YC menu.
