Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. Thank you so much. I looked and looked to see what the red dot meant but no key showed up. I’m on mobile and it simply wasn’t there. This answers my question. Thanks again.
  2. We are in cabin D305 in the Dolphin (deck 9). I have two daughters who love to sleep in the Pullman beds. Does anyone know if that stateroom has two Pullmans or one Pullman and a pullout or a rollaway? I’m hoping it is two Pullmans. Thanks. I could only find a cabin tour on another ship of D305 but on the same Royal class of ships.
  3. Yeah I just checked. Nada for me. Oh well, I can keep an eye out for any sale until then.
  4. I am cruising in spring ‘25. I want to buy the internet package as one of my daughter will be doing some school work. I read on here that sometimes RCCL will run sales on those things on Black Friday or a cyber Monday. My question is-how do I find these/am alerted to these/ etc.? Where can I look to find these deals and if someone has done it before, what are the steps to get the deals? THANK YOU!!!

    Arashi-need help

This will be our 4th time to Aruba. I love the beaches there. I’ve been to Eagle twice and Baby Beach once. Last time I went to Eagle, it was just way too crowded. I want to go to Arashi but keep talking myself out of it. My husband is very fair skinned. Yes, we lather on the sunscreen but since he’s not a water person, he reads on the beach. I need to be able to go somewhere where we can rent a chair and umbrella. I’ve never been confident Arashi would have one available if we make the trek up there. I don’t want to haul a sun tent up there- although I guess I could - just a pain on a cruise. My question is-is there a place to reserve chair/umbrella at Arashi prior to getting on the island? THANK YOU!!! If you can answer this, you will have answered a question I’ve been asking for years 😂
  6. Great tips everyone. My DH and I watched a YouTube and he’s already joking there are more places to eat than our appetites can hold on the cruise. Bummer about the Windjammer. Was on the Disney Magic this summer and their buffet layout was horrible. I think the Windjammer is the best buffet of all the lines.
  7. Hello everyone! I've been on this board since 2005 but had to rejoin recently as my old login stopped working. I've been on about 15 cruises and a lot of lines. Our favorite is RCCL. Our next cruise (April '25) will be our time on one of the 'biggies' ships. The ports we like usually require the smaller ships. We decided to finally take a cruise based on the ship and not the itinerary (I know that is opposite of a lot of people haha). Anyway, I would love to learn all I can about the Oasis. Tips, tricks, hidden secrets etc. We are booked on a front facing OV. Thanks!!!!!
  8. Hi everyone. First off, I’m sad I lost my old profile and no matter what I do, I can’t get it back (go ahead and make a sad face for me as you read this). I’ve been a member since 2005 and I was kinda proud of that. Lol. Anyway, will be on Granada next April and am interest in first exploring the spice market then going to BBC Beach (daughters and I swim while DH sits at La Plywood eating and drinking-in the shade-he’s a cancer survivor). What is the best way to do this? Taxi each way? Also, DH is a coffee lover and I’ve heard the coffee is delish there. Is there a stall at the spice market to buy coffee to drink (and some beans to take home)? Thanks. I’m so excited to have found this cruise as it is 6 islands and we have only been to one of them! We stopped cruising for a while as we have been to the other ports so often. Toodles. p.s. where can we buy chocolate? My 11yr old will be on board for that. 😁
