Agree. Tip-flation is a bit of a hot button issue currently. Companies should pay their employees a sufficient wage. If workers have to rely on tips to make a living wage, then the company should be paying them more.

just listened to the webinar. Gotta say, the nickel and diming is really getting to me and leaving a sour taste. $2 for a cookie? Give me a break. The whole question around the gratuities is a bit of a hot topic locally right now. The tipping culture has gotten way out of hand, so no, I don't believe her when she said guests didn't want gratuities included in AI.
