Sorry to add to tip dilemma, But for UK passengers., ( where gratuities included?). Would you feel a tip for breakfast, lunch , and dinner would be the norm ? I have tipped individuals at restaurants i( not buffet). If I have been seen by them a few times ? I would tip cabin steward additional too, also room service or late night hot chocolate/ milk? Brandy ( normally covered under silver spirits package ). Would normally tip additional too? I would imagine that may be the norm ? just more difficult sometimes at dinner? Different servers etc?

Hi all, Could anyone please advise if the outside dining option is just at the aft of the ship by the infinity pool? And if so is it part of the world cafe ( buffet). Or is it table service? And is this outside dining option bookable or first come first served as such? Thank you

The Clean Gin Co ( green bottle). Easily obtainable in Uk is about the best I have tasted ( strangely doesn’t taste like gin near but when mixed with a tonic. Ice and a slice and sitting in the sun. You could be having a G&T 😂. alcohol free draught Guinness very good too. Enjoy

Hi. All. thnking of purchasing a silver spirits package for our upcoming cruise 17 days Although I don’t drink alcohol ( any more😂). My wife enjoys a nice wine at dinner, a glass of champagne t two and a evening cocktail especially on vacation. I enjoy quite a few alcohol free or low alcohol beers and the alcohol free gin and tonics ( I believe I have seen the sipsmith gin on a drinks list on here somewhere?). I feel it would be advantageous for ease of accounting to pre purchase the package £260? Each. Anyone know if you had a glass of champagne over the $15:00 Limit per glass you just pay the difference? As our cruise takes us over New Years it seems that it could be good value? thanks

Thank you for the information, much appreciated. I have had a peek at next years cruise which strangely enough gives excursions. So I have had a read of these to try to get an idea. I assume only one choice is included. And some of the choices will be at a supplement ? Are you leaving the ship in LA also?

Hello. I’m hoping some of the Viking members could advise for Christmas and New Years Is it best to book the Restaurant? Or a specialty Restaurant? Or is there a gala dinner / buffet as such for these two evening meals? (Any suggestions appreciated. ). also I know excursions are not listed as yet for December 22nd 2022 cruise from Miami to LA on Viking Neptune But do they become available so you can view them to try to help choose, prior to becoming actually available to book? as I can see some excursions available to view for the same cruise in December 2023. And wondered if they would be the same ? Also are paid ( extra charge excursions available too? thank you

Hello Angelhelly Longest cruise we have ever done is 2 weeks. But with Christmas and New year and further distance ( for us). Longer period will be nice. We are tagging on a few extra days of n LA also. Really looking forward to it and new ship too.

Hello I’m new on here so please excuse me if I have asked in the incorrect forum area. But I believe regent seven seas are classed as resort casual. Trousers shirt or polo shirt at dinner , except pool area, But on a 16 night cruise encompassing Christmas and New Year would a tux be the norm in New Year’s Eve? And long gown for my wife? any other advise would be welcomed thank you
