Can't offer any suggestions other than to call, and I can offer empathy. I've had website issues, as well. I wrote an extensive post back in December about how to get through to Celebrity by phone with the minimal amount of frustration. Maybe it will help:

The vast majority of public k-12 schools have spring break over and done with by the week after Easter. I think you should be OK and if any, they will likely be minimal.

I have also been looking and unable to find this option, though I know it was there before! I've searched all over, both on the website and the app. I booked back in November and recall seeing it, but decided to wait. Now it's gone, apparently. It's fine. I'll just let them add it to my onboard account, but I do find it odd that the option disappeared.

Hi all, It's less than a month before my first Celebrity Cruise and I'm trying to navigate through all the details before arriving at the port to make embarkation as seamless as possible. Two questions (so far): I've tried about 3 times (on different days) to enter a special occasion and each time it seems to take it, but when I go back to look at it, there's nothing more than an invitation to add a special occasion. Is it normal for it to not show up? Now that I'm closer to the sail date, more options are popping up for requests before sailing. I'm cruising with a friend and we will want the beds separated. I saw the option to indicate that and input it a few times, but each time it reverts to "uknown". I can only assume that it's not registering my request. I know I can ask the cabin steward once onboard, but why do they provide the option to indicate preference if it won't even retain my choice?

I used to use them back in the day when my daughter was young and mobile service was non-existent on crusie ships. Since so many others were, too, it *was* chaos, on every channel. And having one more thing to carry everywhere we went was not so fun, either.

I am traveling in the same state room as a friend, but we won't be attached at the hip. She has decided not to purchase wifi. Will we be able to use the app to message each other thru the app ? (practically speaking - I read on the website that this is possible) And do I need to do anything special to ensure we are "linked" or is that already taken care of as we are under the same reservation number. TIA!

Just saw this from a news site. It is concerning, both from a personal safety angle and the concern of the impact on the economy of the Bahamas if tourism is decreased as a result. I am on a cruise with port call in Nassau in March. I guess we will just keep an eye on whether the cruise line makes any statement or adjustments by then.

It really shouldn't be this difficult. This will be my first Celebrity Cruise and knowing these things happen not just to me, but others frequently, well, it's not a good first impression.

I had a similar problem. Booked around the Black Friday sale and then went in to make some adjustments (nothing with a cost associated). It suddenly took my booking from a very reasonable sale price to an outrageously different total. I, too, had to call to get it adjusted and that was a lot of time on hold I'll never get back. I decided after that to not make any further changes, no matter how tempting, until the final payment was made.

Update in case any future cruisers are searching for the same info. When I checked in for myself and set my arrival time, it automatically assigned the arrival time for the "party".

Hi all, First-time X cruiser and I just checked in for my Summit Feb. 29 cruise. I'm sharing the cabin with a friend who lives in another state. I saw the option to check her in, as well, but I don't have the details such as her passport #, etc. Is it possible for her to create her own login and link to the existing reservation so she can privately enter her details? I made the reservation for both of us and I would trust her to log in using my username and pw. Just seems cleaner to have two separate log-ins pointing to the same reservation. Thanks!

I don't disagree with you, yet it does make me wonder about their motives for not setting up what seems like a very easy and common nudge.
