I'm a non smoker (used to) and always get a balcony room. On several occasions I've sometimes seen and only by accident people on either side smoking. I have never smelled cigarette smoke while on the balcony. The strong wind while cruising carries any smoke away. If I did by chance ever smell cigarette smoke strong enough I would kindly ask my neighbor not to do so when I was on the balcony. Some have nothing better to do than gripe, complain or report smokers rather than being an adult and kindly talk to their neighbor that does smoke,
