Our guide and driver were fabulous — our bus dropped us far from ship — some buses were able to get closer — but it was a beautiful new bus — diesel powered Mercedes — and driver was skilled. Tour guide pointed out animals, birds, and fish and other sea creatures (otters). We had a fabulous long time.

We had a great crossing. This week a little disappointing as we discovered it was school vacation so many families aboard. We also find that easy excursions not so great. On May 4 we take Eurostar to Paris for three nights then fly French Bee home to Florida. Food mostly terrific — have it all package terrific for us non-drinkers (coffees, soft drinks, mocktails all without cost. Stateroom was very far aft — on Deck 1, but quiet with mostly attentive Stewards. Rotterdam VII a beautiful ship!

Anyone ever booked F 1185 (Aft) — under MDR — ?

We are in FB 1085 Aft window cabin which is under main dining room on 2. Likely to be noisy in the morning? This is a repositioning cruise but we’re staying on for 21 days.

This was great news! Where is the best place to go regarding what is necessary at various ports? Seems like Cruise Director should do this at least a week before the cruise.

Sorry oskidunker, my cruise leaves London on Oct 1 — yours must be earlier.

We are on that cruise — that just opened up registration. Can’t wait and hoping it will be as wonderful as so many bloggers/YouTubers have reported.
