  1. Might have to use anytime dining if those are the dining times as on some port days all aboard time isn't until 6 or 7. Unless others have had a different experience?
  2. Good question about the app, curious what others say. I like the idea of anytime dining as it is more flexible depending on our schedule for that day.
  3. Non Pinnacle class ship so it won't have a separate CO dining venue. How long is the wait typically if you select anytime dining and use the CO line for a table?
  4. What are the options for dining in MDR? Can you only book a fixed dining time 3 days at a time or can you book it for the entire cruise (7 day cruise)? How long is the wait usually if you choose anytime dining? We would have CO if that makes a difference in selecting anytime dining. How likely would we be to get a table for two, would choosing one option over the other help with that? Thank you!
  5. Does the TA track the price and give you the lower fare (or OBC)?
  6. Is there any disadvantage of switching a booking made online to a travel agent? Will we still be able to make dining reservations/shore excursions online without going through the TA? What is the process to switch?
  7. Exactly what I am thinking. Book what I want can afford and if offered an upsell see what is open.
  8. For this Club Orange benefit, does this mean your better off with as you wish dining as you will have priority over others with as you wish dining? "Priority seating in the Dining Room for breakfast and dinner with an expanded menu"
  9. Breakfast in the Pinnacle Grill is only open to Neptune/Pinnacle Suites or is it available to everybody (for an extra cost)? Also is the menu different than the MDR. Understand it a more refined experience.
  10. Good point about breakfast in the Pinnacle Grill, any other perks we'd be missing (besides Neptune Lounge)?
  11. Is the upgrade to a Neptune Suite worth it? I know it comes down to an individual decision and perspective. What about if you get a Signature Suite with Club Orange? Seems like a lot of the Neptune perks are included with CO. Of course wouldn't have access to Neptune Lounge but would that be worth the extra expense?
  12. What about if you choose a fixed dining time option?
  13. Does Holland America have tables for two in their main dining room? If so how does one request/book?
  14. Do the staterooms with angled balconies (e.g., 5051) have that much extra space on the balconies? Are you more visible from above in those rooms?
  15. Do the staterooms with angled balconies (e.g., 5051) have that much extra space on the balconies? Are you more visible from above in those rooms?
  16. We would not be on a pinnacle ship. Would be on a Signature or Vista class ship.
  17. Yes, $3,100 not $31,000. All good points, the size difference between Verandah and Signature may make it worth it.
  18. Approx. $1,800 more to upgrade to Signature Suite. Approx. $31,00 more to move to a Neptune suite from a Verandah. Haven't booked yet just comparing options. Thank you!
  19. Approx. 38% increase in price to go from Verandah to Signature. Approx. 67% to go from Verandah to Neptune. Is a signature suite that much bigger in a practical sense to make it worth it?
  20. Is it worth the cost to upgrade from a verandah stateroom to a Signature Suite or a Neptune Suite? It would be for a seven-night cruise. Is there that much of a difference in room size, amenities, etc. to justify the additional cost?
  21. What about when they are traveling southbound one way from Whittier into Vancouver?
