has anyone used NCL air if you need to use a wheelchair and need extra room in the seat or do not have a way of making sure you have special seating?

This might be a stupid question but I will ask it anyway. If you are going on a 5 night cruise do you pay for 5 days or 6 days?

Is it better to choose a late embarkment time or an early time to avoid a lot of cars? Or maybe is doesn't matter.

We will be bringing our electric wheelchair for our cruise leaving out of Cape Liberty. The cruise special needs desk has been notified.The wheelchair will be on a swing away lift on the back of our truck. The luggage will be in the bed of the truck covered with a locked cover. We can't get to the bed of the truck without taking the wheelchair off of the lift first then swinging the lift open which takes up some extra room to the rear of the truck. My question is if anyone knows what procedure we need to follow in order to drop off our luggage and the passenger who needs the wheelchair to get out of the truck? Is there a ramp where you drop your luggage off so we can get the passenger out of the truck and onto the pavement or do we need to pull to a different spot at the drop off location to do both at the same time?

We will be in Bermuda in June and my husband is a full time electric wheelchair user. We booked a island tour with Bermudaful Island Tours. Their web page is Bermudafulisland.com and the email I have been getting responses from is bermudafulisland@gmail.com. We have a private tour and we can choose what we want to see and don't have to worry about rushing and the van has a lift to get the wheelchair into it.

Can you buy just the cooler bag without the beer?

Where can I get a smoothie on Liberty of the Seas? How early can you get one? Do they use Almond milk to make them?

Can you link reservations online or must it be done through the app? I was wondering if I can do it online and do check in for others in our party.

This is a NCL rep getting it wrong

Thanks. My relative booked for 40 people and when she got the invoice the price was wrong sailing and the people listed on the reservation were not the ones she booked for. She called and they said they would correct it. They now have the correct booking but still have several people on the reservation that were not with her group. Does anyone have an email address of someone she could contact that is above the rep she is dealing with so this can get corrected. This is a large booking for them to keep getting it wrong.

Is there a certain time period that you can transfer your booking from NCL agent to your own Travel Agent and what is needed to do so?

Received my refund from 11/19 this morning.

I canceled the internet package on Nov. 20 and rebooked it the same day. I got an email notice that it was refunded and it shows on my cruise planner. I have not received my refund yet so I called. I just got off the phone with RCL. The agent said he spoke with the resolution department said they will get my refund started and it I should have my refund 7-10 days from today. I don't think they even worked on it yet. I hope my call got it moving now. I was only on hold for 10 minuets which wasn't bad compared to what some have said.

My husband and I are going on our first Royal Caribbean cruise and I have a crown and anchor number.. Do I need to get an account set up for him to have a number and get points or does he automatically get points from our first cruise?
