Can someone please positively confirm or deny if the Royal Princess can provide hypoallergenic bedding.
We have called Princess and the service center recommended an email to the ships's medical center. That was days ago and we have not had a response.
If I cannot confirm, I'll need to buy and on-board our own upon FLL arrival.
This is a big issue for our family. As always, thanks in advance to my fellow cruisers. Safe Travels.

Hope your travels are going well. My wife and I will be on the May 19th departure from Amsterdam on the viking hiln.
Would be interested in your opinion of the Black Forest tour and the optional colmar tour. I have heard mixed reviews from other cc contributors.
Safe travels. Thanks.

Does a method exist to confirm OBC prior to embarkation? Searched the Voyage Personaliser without success. Cheers

The Grand Princess' aft mini suites on Emerald Deck (8) are above the Vista Lounge. Has anyone experienced venue noise or engine vibration in these cabins.
Thanks - tried searching the forum without luck.
Happy Cruising.

Princess for me. My last RCCL was on the Freedom with 1800 persons under the age of 18. Kids were all well behaved but they we everywhere.
Great for families and teens, but I prefer something more adult.

does anyone have a recommendation for a private car/driver between the Brooklyn terminal and jfk? We will be arriving via qm2 in early June.
Thanks.

I was in the Crown's owner's suite a few days ago and ordered from the MDR menu. It was a sea day. Called at 1130am for lunch. Was told the earliest delivery possible was 1230pm. It arrived at 1255pm and it was cold.
While a nice perk I suspect suite delivery is no faster than a regular stateroom.

During our BI cruise no special prep was necessary. Many choose to visit Paris or the Normandy D-Day beachs, but be aware of the very long bus ride.
Another alternative is to spend some time in Honfleur a beautiful french village/town. It an easy taxi ride. Consider it a "day off" from a very port intensive cruise.

Tables near the corners do have one advantage. No or little traffic. Once had a table a few feet from the main entrance to the MDR. Not pleasant. Cheers

Can a BVE guest bring aboard wine for a passenger? Does it could against the passenger's 2 free bottle allotment? Thanks

Same problem. Had to call princess last week. They added my address on their end. What is weird it happened on my jan cruise and not my apr cruise. Go figure.

For myself, a "tip" is a choice and a choice that each patron makes. I choose to auto tip and extra tip for special service.
This is not about the employee's salary, not about cost of living in another country, and not about the auto tip program. It is about my choice and your choice.
I am not especially wealthy but compared to many other people around the world I am financially blessed. It is my moral compass to share from time to time, even if I am on a budget.

Happy holidays and cruising!

Searched prior posts w/o success.
As I live 45 minutes to the nearest pay-for-fax service an email address would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Doing a Queen's Grill TA next year on the QM2. Can you please expand on "Have your butler make your reservations for a box for the show".
Is this a QG perk? Thanks!

Since the topic is good wine. Any wine shop suggestions for Southampton?
Thanks to all.

Agree about Hotel Brighton. A bit pricey but the memory of the view will last for decades.

Never seems to work for me using Microsoft IE, but works every time with Google Chrome. Go figure. Called The Cunard IT help desk. They were no help.

I am booked on the Royal's April 2015 TA crossing from FL to Southampton. What was your weather like? Do I need shorts and swimsuits or rain gear? Thanks in advance.

Planning on a Viking cruise next summer and would appreciate some advice.
Does anyone have any options about the difference between a Veranda Stateroom A versus a B on the Hlim or the Kara?
I understand the A category is one deck above the B category. Does it matter?
Thanks to all my fellow cruisers. Cheers

I'll be visiting Inverness next summer via the Grand Princess (think this is my 3rd time on just the Grand) and I'm trying to decide which castle to visit - Cawdor or Dunrobin. As they are in different directions I only have time to visit one. Any opinions? Thx in advance to all my fellow CC members.
Shuttle buses in Brugge / Zeebrugge?

I was there last week when the Royal Princess visited. We hired a taxi for 50 euro each way. Took about. 20 - 25 minutes each way. Pickup at gate to port and taken to the central square in Bruges. IMHO. Well worth the cost to save the time.
